I’ve been coming to see Dr. Ebba for over 10 years because I will never discredit him for being a good in depth physician. However his office staff are beyond HORRIBLE AND DISGRACE! They never answer the telephone during office hours, never get pharmacies correct, do not return calls timely and lack major customer service! I thank God I never had a true emergency that required Dr. Ebba’s attention because I’m sure I would be dead by now due to the lack of correspondence from the staff and medical office. I wish I could report them smh

I used this office about 10years ago and they were the best! I feel like I need to come back other doctors don’t compare. They’re honest, helpful, and help you take care of medical issues and to take care of preventative issues as well.

1. I went in for an appt today 8/4/21 scheduled for 9:15 am. I arrived early, 8:45 am. I was never called, and once I noticed others that had arrived after me being called, I went to the receptionist and was told that people who come there often , know to sign in so she doesnt bother to check appts. Well I dont come there often but, I am an avid reader. THERE IS NO SIGN STATING PATIENTS NEED TO SIGN IN TO BE SEEN !2. At about 10:30 am I finaly saw a NP, she was friendly and efficient. The NP gave me a few VERY MUCH NEEDED prescriptions to take to the front desk, so that the person sitting next to the receptionist could call it into my pharmacy. I gave her the scripts and the name of my pharmacy, she assured me she was familiar with the pharmacy and that she has their phone number. I asked her how long before I can go there to pick up, she stated 1-2 hours.I left Dr. Ebbas office approximately 11:30 am.3. I arrived at the pharmacy at 6pm, which is more than enough time for my scripts to have been called in by this MDs office. THEY WERENT!! I called the after hours emergency line 4 times to have them call Dr. Ebba so he could call in my scripts since his staff dropped the ball. Finaly, a supervisor was able to reach Dr. Ebba PERSONALLY, and he told her there is nothing he can do, and I would have to call the Drs office in the morning !THIS IS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE, I PAID OUT OF POCKET FOR A MEDICAL SERVICE AND WAS TREATED AS IF MY ILLNESS IS NOT AT ALL IMPORTANT TO THESE PEOPLE FROM THE TOP- ( Dr. Ebba) TO THE BOTTOM - (Receptionist and co-worker who did not call in my very important scripts ) I will never return to this practice for treatment because I deserve and demand better !*****UPDATE***** I called Dr Ebbas office this morning 8/5/21 @ 9:15 am. A nice woman who identified herself as the office manager advised me the office worker I mentioned in my previous post, actually sent my script to Walgreens instead of Walmart. This is an even greater issue because I intentionally attempted to ensure the correct pharmacy was known but I was cut off, and assured she just knew which pharmacy I was referencing. I thanked the office manager for her respectful and professional assistance, which should be the norm in a medical environment.

You guys are just the worst, the people at the front desk will make you go crazy if you are really in need of getting something fast please dont hurt your head by going there because you gonna to get so mad for doing it 😡😡😡

This place is beyond horrible, you’ll never get anyone on the phone, I tried for two days straight to get someone on the phone still couldn’t. The service is horrible, they purposely speak your business in front of others. I’m surprise they’re still in business.

Dr Elba is excellent works with his patient to insure proper health coverage. Customer service got a lil slow post cold 19, new office manager is doing her best to keep up. Recommended.
