Kristen Grabowski is absolutely wonderful as well as the entire staff. She is very thorough, patient and caring. Ive never waited long for an appointment (even as a walk in) and the office is very clean! Highly recommend Sovah Brosville and Kristen Grabowski.

On 8/27/2016 I went to Brosville Family Healthcare Center in Brosville, VA for a UTI (Urinary tract infection). The doctor said he would call in a prescription for an antibiotic to the pharmacy which is located directly across the parking lot. I knew that it would take a few minuets so I went to the store in the same complex. After about 35 minuets I went back to the drug store only to learn that my prescription was never called in and that it being Saturday the doctors office closed at noon. Not only did I waste my time going to the doctor, I wasted my money and now I get to spend the remainder of the weekend sick as a dog!! They must have been in a hurry to get out of there to enjoy THEIR weekend.

They are always friendly when I go in and I never have to wait a long time to see a doctor.

Although I was happy that the doctor knew right away what was wrong with me. I got at the office at 340pm they closed at 5pm I sat in the patient room until 430 before the Dr finally came in my room. I forgot to mention that I was the only patient there parking lot empty just employees cars and mine. It was obvious I was sick he realized quickly said he would be back never did told his nurse he would call in my medicine. I left at 512pm in which my meds was never called in I had to wait until the next day call myself and then I was ensured it was sent at 10:59pm to my pharmacy. After hours if u knew I was sick and needed help why wait until after pharmacy hours to send them. Never the less they gave me no info on what was wrong with me nothing when I called she said it was sent to my email in which I never remembered giving her and no I never received them so somebody else is probably looking at my records if they was ever sent. By far worst experience of my life. I would rather drive further from my home than to go back there

I would not go here for anything. There may only be one person ahead of you and you will wait 3 hours. The doctor is not a good one. Bad attitudes. They also run unessacery tests and charge insurance for things that did not happen.

In an out for my COVID19 test
