This is a very well run practice. We have been customers there for over 12 years. Dr. Javaheri is polite, professional and does excellent work. He is proactive in monitoring and addressing potential dental problems quickly with his patients. He also responds to unexpected dental emergencies with urgency and compassion. Everyone in the office is very polite and treats you with respect. They also quickly adopted new policies and protective measures to ensure safety for both customers and their staff during the pandemic.

I wish I knew Dr. Javaheri years ago. He is a knowledgeable, informative, and a professional dentist. He cares a lot for his patients. In our visit to his office (my wife and I), he first explains the dental issues that we have and gives us choices in how we can address them. He is very kind and sympathetic towards my wife and tries to be attentive to our needs. His staff also follow his leads well.

We were referred to Dr. Javaheri by another dentist when we moved into the area 9 years ago. We are so lucky we followed through with the referral. He is the best dentist my family has ever had. He has seen my boys since they were in middle school and now in college. He is extremely knowledgeable, honest and calm. My husband used to be in Dental sales and is very picky with his dental care. He thinks Dr. Javaheri is top notch and so is his dental and office staff. He has the same staff members since we began seeing him with some additional hygienists to make it very accessible.

Short version: I went in for a procedure to replace a broken crown; it took three trips to get the crown over one month, I ended up with a new crown with a different color, and I overpaid $120.Extended version: I moved to California, so I asked friends to recommend a good dentist. One of my friends said she is very happy with Dr. Javaheri. I checked the reviews on Google, 5 Stare, and I was convinced. During the first visit, I liked Dr. Javaheri because he was friendly and explained every step. However, in the end, the outcome and my overall experience were not good at all.I had a crown broken. Before going to the office, I called them and provided my insurance information to check whether they accept my insurance. The staff told me everything is fine; they are work with my insurance. However, when they billed me, I noticed they are out of my network. So, I had to pay an extra $120 out of pocket.The office does not have the most up-to-date equipment. To replace my crown, I had to make three visits, and I end up with a crown with a different color from my other teeth. Last year, I did the same procedure in Boston in one sitting because my former dentist used a newer technology that can create the crown in their office. That crown is excellent and indistinguishable from my other teeth.The whole process from the first visit until getting the crown took one month! Since the color was much whiter than my other teeth, Dr. Javaheri offered a whitening kit to address the issue somehow. After six weeks of not hearing from the office, I called the office, and they told me they once sent me a text message two weeks before. I did not receive their text, but I expected when the charged $1200 for a crown poorly done, they can at least give me a call (voice mail) to pick up my kit. Apparently, the staff did not care. I told the staff that I am not happy with the service, the outcome, and the charges; I want them to communicate that with the Dr. Javaheri and I expect to hear from him. I never received a message, a call, or a response to my complaint.

The best experience I ever had with a dental office. Extremly satisfied with the service and the procedures. I recently moved from Chicago to CA and glad I met Dr. Javaheri and his team.

I have then a patient Ive Dr Javaheri since 2011. Every one of the three dental assistants who have cleaned and checked my teeth, have been professional, kind, and did a very good job! Dr. Javaheri is a wonderful dentist! He is patient and takes the time to explain what is going on. What I need. His recommendations.While going to the dentist will never make my top 10 list of things to do, I am comfortable and scheduling my next appointment six months out.

The best dentist! I have been going to Dr. Javaheri for 7 years. Clean, high-tech office. He is nice, gentle, talented, and explains everything in easy to understand terms. I had several crowns done by him over 5 years ago. They feel and look great. I now go in every six months for my cleanings. The hygienists are also fantastic.

The entire staff is very welcoming, comforting, and friendly. I went in for a procedure to get two veneers done and I didn’t know that I had to get my mouth numbed for it. I explained that I had an important work meeting in 2 hours and they were very accommodating and rescheduled me for the next morning. Dr. Javaheri is very talented and did a great job!

Dr Javaheri is an excellent dentist, I cant say enough good things about him. We had to switch to him after our previous dentist retired and the work he has done for us is outstanding, even fixing some previous dental mistakes. He and his staff take such great care of us even when we have emergencies. He takes such pride in his work and it shows, which is what you want in your smile. His office has great state of the art equipment.

The staff are very professional, and our dental work has been done with genuine care and professionalism.With a great expertise, Dr. Dino makes sure to provide the most valuable treatment plan, and explains all details throughout the steps of his work.

We have had 3 other dentists before settling on Dr. Javaheri about 20 years ago. Dr. J took good care of our growing family. Now that our children are grown and moved away, we have also downsized and moved away from the Danville area to the other side of the Bay. We now travel across the bridge just to have Dr. J. to be our dentist. Dr. J always has his patients interest as his priority. When our younger son had orthodontic work done years ago, we asked Dr. J for his opinion on a few occasions. Each time, Dr. J came through with good advice and even spent his own time in meeting with our orthodontist to make sure that we get the best options. Dr.J and his staff rock! We have always had great experience in Dr. J. office. 10 ★!

Dr. Javaheri is one of the best dentist who I had experience with. I was taking my kids to a pediatric, and every time she would spend about 5 min of clean and not even examining the teeth, then after coming to Dr. Javaheri I found out that kids have a lot issues. Thanks to Dr. Javaheri we managed to treat the problems just in time, and now they are on the way to have beautiful smile. Dr. Javaheri has five star in my book.

Dr. Javaheri is the best; the best person, the best dentist, the best artist with his dentistry. I cannot speak highly enough of him. A friend just asked me for a referral and my raving knew no end.
