Been doing this for a couple years and had great results through a different location. Then started at this location after covid—have done a number of treatments and have had to shave almost every week. Was kindly given a complimentary session bc I was dissatisfied with results & when I went to redeem it I was told I couldn’t bc I didn’t do it within 6 weeks of my last treatment (that was not told to me). I have another session still & I don’t even want to go because I’m so unhappy with my experience there. Will be finding another company.

I am sharing this experience so people can learn from it.  When I signed up I was told a nurse is always on the location, that was not true. I was asked to pay in advance for the entire sessions and did, I was never told that the laser they are using might not work for me, I was told that I will get a good result. The Tech took no more than 5 min for both underarms and another part of the body, I am new to this process so I believed all that I was getting.  I spent 8 sessions, and now I have to start the process all over at another company, when I talked them about hair coming back like normal I was told that the laser that were using perhaps did not work for me. With a cold reaction, the last person that worked on me told me just to make sure you are using a different laser from their brand than we are if you are going somewhere else. Today I called to cancel my last visit as I am taking antibiotics the manager was not happy and was on the defensive line and hang up the phone on me. I am deeply dissatisfied and because I am a foreigner a full advantage was taken of me I paid over $1000 during the covid year and I got 0 results. It is sad to waste over $1000.00 during these through times and in end they Han up the phone in your face.

Very happy with my experience undergoing coolsculpting at Laser MD MedSpa. My first visit was a consultation with Jen where we booked the date of the procedure and she gave me information to help me prepare.On the day of the procedure, Jen walked me through every step of the procedure in advance so I knew exactly what was going to happen. She answered all my questions, made sure I was comfortable, and provided me with clear aftercare instructions. I left my session feeling like I got really good care and was thoroughly attended too. I also felt really well informed about the procedure every step of the way.

8/24 I had consultation for the Laser Hair Removal and they redeemed my Groupon.9/4 was my Laser treatment appointment. I got on the bed waiting then I was told they werent able to give me Laser because Im on Humira and wanted to get my doctor clearance.What the consultation is for? They should have told me prior to my appointment date so I could have my doctor letter ready before I made a trip there.I wanted a refund but Groupon said my Groupon was already redeemed, they need to contact Laser MD to confirm it hasnt been used but Groupon got NO response from them in the past week.

I got upper lip, forehead and Brazilian, they done few treatments then the COVID-19 shut down 3 months after open back I continue to complete 8 treatments then they gave extra 1 treatment, now I still shave every week and I called them to complain they said I need to buy catchup????? Why????? That means they thought my money away and got hurts????? I’m so upset....... now they for sale on Groupon only 6 treatments not 8 treatments anymore, you think 8 treatments not working and now 6 treatments????

I absolutely LOVE Laser MD in Danvers! The facility is super clean, the staff members are all very kind and professional, and the laser treatment is amazing!! I’ve had laser done at other places and after 8+ sessions, my hair still grows back. But thanks to Laser MD and their amazing laser machine, I am having super success.The absolute BEST at Laser MD is Allison!!! I truly cannot recommend her enough! She’s super professional and yet makes you feel so comfortable so if you’re shy like me, definitely request her for your appointments! She’s very extensive making sure to get every single hair while also ensuring you are breathing correctly to keep your mind focused during the treatments. She truly cares about her clients well being not only appearance wise, but health wise too. Definitely request ALLISON when making your appointments — you will be so happy!

I did 8 sessions for Brazilian, full leg and armpits all at once a year ago. Literally I was inside that room for 15 minutes for each sessions. After my 8 sessions I still had a good amount of hair growing back. After I purchased my 3 touch up is been better and I can see a bigger difference. Thanks to Allison Catalina!!! Now I’m doing laser on my whole face and I won’t let anyone else but her do it. Only Allison !!!!

I have been going here for treatment for over 2 years for laser hair removal. After I completed my initial 9 sessions, it took MONTHS for hair to grow back at a rate I was uncomfortable with. I recently met Allison C who treated me for my touch-ups. She is literally THE nicest person I have met there! She made me feel the MOST comfortable. She provided great service to me even when I arrived to my appointment upset. She did not reciprocate my energy and killed me with genuine kindness which altered my mood. If you are a new client, I recommend asking for Allison.

I love Allison Catalina she is the best cosmetologist there! I have treated other girls there but she is the most professional. She explains to you all about the treatment you are receiving. She did laser and a peel treatment to me and she is the best at both! Super informative and knowledgeable about everything she does!

I recommend seeing Allison at Danvers laser MD MedSpa. Its clean and Allison is very informative and makes you feel comfortable. Everybody should treat themselves once in awhile!

They make you wait in the room so an RN can look at a pic they take of you so they determine settings. Been in the room over 20 mins still waiting the process will take less than two minutes. Wish I knew they would make a two minute session and turn it into a half hour wouldn’t have come here with the many other companies to choose. Been to others and the techs know how to set these machines no wait. Kind of corporate lot of fuss and not a lot of processing.

I have been going to Laser Medspa for laser hair removal for a year now. I was nervous at first but Allison is wonderful and walked me through the entire process. I trust her completely and have recommended her to family and friends.

I did 8 session full legs, bikini and under arms. I still have to shave every 2 days. I feel that i just throw my money!!!! I dont see any different at all and of course i dont recommend you do just spend your money for nothing like i did!!

I had two treatments there for half leg hair removal. I did see a great hair reduction after my first visit and the experience was great! The second time, I had a different operator. She was nice but too fast. She did not draw lines so she applied the laser twice to some areas and my legs got burned a little. I hope they can standardize the procedure and train their employee the same way.

I love this place... the people are super accommodating and the laser treatments are FAST! They let me switch locations and scheduled appointments around several times. The woman who did my laser was excellent and very patient with me. Id highly recommend laser treatment here.

Ive been going here for laser hair removal since September 2017 and even though I went via a Groupon I have never been treated like a second-class citizen. Im about halfway through my treatment and have other things planned I want to have done there.

I would have to say at first I felt funny about buying a groupon for hair laser removal but for the price of ($99) Id thought to give it a chance. My first visit was very pleasant with Karen and I just knew I would the ending results. Im finally on my third treatment and believe that treatments have helped tremendously and am hoping to get more laser hair removal done to a different part of my body after the busy holiday season.

Im currently two laser treatments in at the Danvers location. My first time there, the experience was not the great. I felt rushed and wasnt given much support from the staff member that was doing my treatment, I also dont feel that she did a very great job covering the whole area. However, when I arrived for my second treatment the woman I was seeing was absolutely amazing! She asked questions and provided me with useful information on taking care of my skin after treatment. Moving forward I will only book appointments with her. Im starting to see great results already, and cant wait to see the final results after the 8th treatment!

At the beginning of 2018 i decided instead of buying a house it would be the year of #treatyoself and lasering off all the hair where the sun dont shine has been a kindness to myself that i didnt even know i needed nor deserved.i have 1 more session and at this point the only time i pick up a razor is for monthly leg shaves 😂 they make what could be a very vulnerable awkward situation very comfortable and judge free

Gave me an appointment for 3 months in supposedly they were booked ..Yea right there wasnt a single soul in that place they could of seen me then they just dint want to fit me in a sooner . Very good experience! Mikayla makes me feel very comfortable for my laser hair removal treatments. Appointments have been on time. I never feel rushed. The results have been good. One hidden benefit of Laser MD MedSpa is that they sell their packages in groups that will finish your treatment. You dont purchase one plan only to find out later that you need to purchase an additional plan to complete treatment. I learned about that the hard way after trying another spa that was closer to home. Laser MD MedSpa is worth the trip.

This was my first microdermabrasion experience and I must say, it was wonderful. I felt the technician was knowledgeable about the process, about what to expect during and afterward, and about the services and policies of the spa.

I want a refund of the remaining 5 sessions that i have prepaid for. I have had nothing but problems with the woman Karen who seems to be the boss here. My last session which was over a few months ago, i explained to her that it was not done properly. Half of my face was left untouched and when i explained that to her she told me well thats to bad because we cannot schedule you for another session since this one was done today it is a state regulation. Ok that is fine. Now today i needed to cancel because of child care and she told me that i needed to pay a $50 fee which i have never paid. Either that or leave my kid in the lobby while i go inside a locked room. I would absolutely never leave my kid unattended for an appointment and cant believe she would even suggest that as a solution. I have had to cancel and reschedule a few times, these arent no shows they are me calling in advance and requesting different dates. Ive had to wait weeks on end for appointments, i literally have nothing positive to say about this place. Ive accepted their poor quality of work because ive already prepaid for services. This woman is rude and her staff rushes through sessions so they can mingle in the lobby with each other. Ive never been more frustrated. I would like a refund asap.

I have had 4 treatments on my under arms and full brazilian and have had great results so far my hair is almost completely gone. Mikayla has done my sessions and she makes an otherwise awkward thing very professional and safe. Definitely recommend.

Please be careful before you pay for any services. I was mislead by the personal regarding the procedures. They overcharged me and included in the price other procedures . They gave me papers to sign related to other procedures as well.. As a result they charged me $1700 for the services I did not need. I called the next day to cancel,, and they informed me that they do no issue any refunds... Now have to file the consumer complaint to get my money back... or go to COURT

I have been going to Laser MD Medspa at the Danvers location for about a year now! I would give this place and location 5 stars all day! The girls there are so nice and I always enjoy seeing them! I have been doing my laser treatments for hair removal there and I am telling you its the best money I have ever spent! My results are great Ive seen a difference in my hair growth in just one treatment! Every time I get a touch up my hair growth gets lesser and lesser! I used to have such an issue with shaving, by time my husband got home and we were laying on the couch i was already stubbly....EVERYWHERE! This is LIFE CHANGING I dont have to worry about stubble and can actually take a fast shower without having to go over what I had just previously shaved the night before!Thank you Laser MD Medspa for doing such a great job with my treatments and always being kind when I am there! Cant wait to see you all again!

If I could give this business zero stars I would. This is the worse business ever. I have never been disrespected in my life, the way Andrea and Karyn from Laser MD Medspa have disrespected me. They made my experience horrible. I purchased a groupon package and ever since my first appointment its been a nightmare. Somehow they are always booked no matter what. When you walk in, no one greets you. The employees and manager have a nasty attitude. I couldnt take the way I have been treated so I asked her for their corporates phone number or email address and she told me she was not going to give me anything. After that Andrea got angry and began screaming in my face and calling me names. It was unbelievable. If the manager doesnt treat her customers with respect and courtesy how do you expect for the employees to do so. I recommend spending a little bit more and going somewhere friendlier and cleaner.
