All her training assistants are fantastic, friendly and very professional. The best part of Carl Michael is if Jessica is not available I could pop in anyone’s chair and they know exactly what I like and duplicate my past service’s perfectly.

This was my 4th time visiting the salon for my haircut and highlights and it wasn’t a good experience at all. Juliana almost ripped my hair off my scalp while blow drying it (seemed as if she was taking out her anger on my hair, I was almost brought to tears since it hurt so bad) and it took 5 hours for me to get my hair done which hasn’t happened before. I was at the salon from 4pm to 9pm, since my hairdresser was working simultaneously on 2-3 clients even though I specifically told them that I have long and heavy hair and it will take time while making the appointment.My previous experience has been good but due my experience in the last visit I’ll discontinue going to the salon since clearly they unable to deal with my type of hair.

This place is where you want to go if you want your hair colored right! I went from box dye for 28 years with dark brown hair to platinum blonde over the course of a few visits and my hair has never looked prettier and healthier! Super expensive but WORTH IT!

I had such an amazing experience at Carl Michael Salon today! The salon is beautiful and the staff are all so friendly and welcoming. I saw Sammy to have my color touched up, a blow dry and a chemistry treatment that Sammy recommended. Which I am glad I did because it made my hair feel so soft and healthy! I have a lot of hair and the poor thing would have been there all night if it wasnt for Juliana who came over to help her blow dry all my hair. My hair came out awesome! It looks so shiny and healthy and the color is perfect! I highly recommend this salon!

I went to Carl Michael Salon spur of the moment, I found them online and they happened to be down the street from where I work. They were able to work with my schedule and get me in the same day. I had had a not so great experience at my last salon in Beverly, (when I went to a different stylist and the woman did not seem to listen to what I wanted and I ended up with a hair cut that was not what I had asked for). I went to Carl Micheal Salon to try to correct this (a few months later because it had to grow out a bit!) Sam at Carl Michael Salon was wonderfully understanding, she listened and was attentive. Her communication skills were great, she spent a lot of time cutting my hair and making sure I was happy. She did exactly what I wanted and I couldnt be happier! And to top it all off their prices are fantastic. Very affordable. I would definitely recommend Carl Michael Salon, and definitely ask for Sam, she was awesome!

Lily has been in charge of these locks for over 5 years now and I can’t imagine anyone else glossin my layers like her! Stopped in to Carl Michael Salon on a whim on my way to a business meeting not knowing if they did mens cuts. Upon entering I was greeted by a very professional and pleasant Sammy S. She assured me that CMS is a leading edge solon and we can do any style cut or color that you desire Sammy S. did not disappoint. She gave me exactly what I asked for and was very mindful of my time. I was in and out in 30 minutes with a great hair cut. All I can say is Ill be back Thank You Sammy S and CMS.
