The worst mistake I ever made was going to this Dentist! I had over-denture implants done so I could snap in my denture. They have Never worked correctly. The implants are too large and cause my dentures to not fit correctly! The bottom has never worked correctly. The dentist wife that runs office has horrible customer service skills and refused to let me be seen by dr again. I now have to remove these painful I affective implants and start all over with a new treatment plan. If your planning on using this dentist all I can say is DON’T! It has been the worst mistake of my life!A very unhappy patient of Brighten Dental Care!

I have been patient of Dr Gupta for the past 28 months and not only does he approach each visit with Professionalism and Compassion but he also hired a dental staff that follows his direction.

RIP OFF! 10 minutes in the chair cost me $150 dollars and the dentist didnt do the procedure correctly. A cap broke off and my teeth realigned causing pain when I chewed food. Then when I called him him back, due to pain,, he said he would charge me another $75.00. U are a RIP OFF!

Been going to this dentist for years when I am in town. They never over-book. So peaceful. Beautiful office and extremely talented and kind dentist. Highly recommend to my friends, even those out of town. He is worth travelling the distance for.

I have a lot of experience sitting in the dental chair!!! Very unsatisfied with the doctor! He emphasized on the strength of gold opposed to porcelain crown. Then when the crown does not fit properly and also bitting my cheek, I look inside and see the biting surface is one half gold and one half porcelain. He made another crown and does not install it. Also he make a deal with me to get two bite guards but then they become contingent on deep cleanings of all four quadrants. (which I did not need according to my new dentist). Neither bite guard fits properly and he said he sent one back to get remade! (Which he never did) I did not want to move forward with the cleaning until the crown was properly fitting and the two bite guards with also functional.Every time I was there he was focused on the cleaning (which I kept declining in the chair)and not fixing the old problems that he was responsible for. Finally he got disgusted with me and made me sign a waiver to release him!! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND HIM

Dr. Gupta is the best around. Not only is he affordable but he genuinely cares for his clients dental health. He’s personable and its always a pleasant experience. I recommend this office for all of your dental needs.

Came in for an exam and was able to take care of an extraction that Ive needed for a while. Dr. Gupta also set me up with a prioritized game plan moving forward. The whole process was pleasant, quick, and relatively painless. Dr. Gupta is a true professional and genuinely good person. Highly recommend!

I had a dental emergency on the 4th of july and he let me come in & helped fix my tooth for a more affordable procedure that sage dental tried to rip me off on , telling me I needed a root canal and crown when I only needed a inlay. He was very kind I experienced ZERO discomfort and his staff is so pleasant and kind as well , it was done very quick and painlessly thank you !

Kind of expensive but they work with you on the prices and it get it done as soon as possible love the doctor and staff come to brighten dental if you want a perfect smile or a tooth pulled.. this is the right professional place to come to

Dr Gupta was really dishonest. I went to get a regular check up and he made me believe that my teeth were in a terrible condition. He told me some white spots on my teeth were sign of cavities and he wanted to drill little holes and fill them up. He also recommended a deep cleaning. In total the treatment estimate came to be around $6000 of which my insurance only covered half. I found it really hard to believe my teeth were in such bad condition as I have always made sure to brush my teeth at least twice a day and floss daily so I went to another dentist who told me that the white spots on my teeth were actually just some excess fluoride but nothing to be too concerned about. The other dentist only fixed one small cavity and sent me to get a general cleaning. All covered by my insurance.When people enter the medical field you would think they have the intentions to help others but its really sad to encounter doctors and others in the medical field who use the knowledge to not only try and rip you off but also play with your well being just for economic reasons. I will never visit this place again.

Dr. GUPTA is very gentle and knowledgable. Helped me out in a pinch, and will be going back for full restoration if my teeth.May 2 , was there again, cleaning and 2 teeth out! Dr. Gupta has a silk hands. No pain during or after! Thank you!♡♡♡♡♡Went for a check up and Dr. GUPTA told my implants were healed great...my new denture implants go in on the 1st of August...he has such silken hands, lol! I didnt realize they were in already. For 50 years I never wanted to see the dentist....and now I just enjoy my time there.! Thank you Doctor Gupta!!

After many trips to Dr Guptas office and after almost 2years I hate to say anything bad about him bit the truth is that I paid alot of money for the bad results that I received. I have been trying to get him to do the right thing and to this day I can say that I might have to get legal representation.
