Terrible, awful, dreadful. The hairdresser spoke neither English nor Spanish nor French. She had no experience at all, and did not even know razors numbers...Staff lied to me, saying that she was an excellent hairdresser for year, but finally conceded that she had none.Another hairdresser had to finish the haircut, because the initial one had no idea what to do next...Will never go back again.
