Pretty good overall. I dont know which receptionists these people have been getting since Ive been going for over a year and theyre courteous and helpful. The doctors & practitioners Ive been involved with are very good too. Nothings perfect, but all these one star ratings are a little fishy if you ask me

Pretty standard mh practice. I had great service for almost a year before my doctor went on medical leave. i perceive that i slipped through the gaps and have no psych anymore. So, this could be improved. Otherwise, i have no qualms with this practice.

If I could give zero stars I would. I’ve been trying to work out insurance issues for over 2 weeks. The billing department is unacceptable. They never pick up the phone, you need to call multiple days in a row for a call back, and then they are absolutely no help.

CPC Staff is professional and courteous. Dr. Fry is astute, bright, and kind. He relates very well, meeting people at their level. A fantastic human being and MD.

Got a lot of good out of this practice, however, um, they dont appear to exist anymore? The website redirects to a different practice at the same location and the patient portal has disappeared. I havent received any notification of a change, but I found out my doctor was no longer at the practice the month before when I called for refills. Need some improvement on the communication, thats kind of a big deal.

This office is the worst. The receptionists never smile and are often rude. i only come here because i love my doctor. I never get in to my appointment on time. I usually sit in the waiting room for at least 20 minutes just to go and talk to the doctor for a total of 2 minutes. Would not recommend this office to anyone. although my doctor is great im considering finding a new office.

High turnover of providers who leave without warning. Revolving door care with no consistency for patients and owner likes to push TMS. I would rather be depressed than deal with this place.

Really terrible practice. I have had the office change appointment times without first consulting me and other times waited as long as 45 minutes after my scheduled appointment to be seen. It is also not uncommon for them to double book. I had an almost traumatically horrible time with the first psychiatrist I had seen there. I walked out mid appointment and cried in my car. The next psychiatrist was okay along with the therapist I saw. But when it comes to something as important as mental health, I encourage you to find better for yourself than an okay doctor and an unprofessional and inconsiderate front office. Surrounding towns offer much better mental health options

Let me start by saying that Dr Ammerman should get 5 stars, he is a great, friendly Doctor. As for the practice, this is easily the worst practice I have ever encountered. The receptionists are often rude. They never return your calls, and they refuse to refill prescriptions unless you make another appointment. I had an emergency one time and called in for help, I was put through to another Doctor there who was completely unfriendly and made me feel worse. The first therapist I had was extremely confrontational with me, and made me feel very uncomfortable, so I switched to Ellen who was very nice.Avoid this place like the plague unless you get to see Dr Ammerman, then pray he moves to another place soon.

This place is below mediocre. I went for multiple years, and am now switching because I am just fed up. I’ve had to switch multiple doctors, and know, find it impossible to make an appointment. Whenever I call, I get a message, and it takes forever, if I get a return phone calll at all. Then, they often screw up my medicine, ordering more or lessFirst, I had Dr. Chaudry, who was great, from 2014-2016. Then, I called and she was on medical leave, so they gave me Dr. Fry. Didn’t like him at all, gave me too many meds, we chatted for 5 min and he just gave me more meds. Then he went on medical leave, they offered me Chaudry and then realized I had her before. Very strange. Plus, wait times are always 20-60 minutes, and sometimes, they forget I’m there, or double book me.

CPC Associates is by far the WORST Dr. Office/Medical Group. Let me say first, I really like my actual Doctor. (Dr. Ammerman). Its the organizations practices that are the worst. From billing to appointment scheduling to policies to communicating with patients - The WORST. This is a terrible group to have to deal with. If youre looking for mental health services, keep looking!

For brothren to teach brothren as the battle stands they will hear you, Im alright looking at the cases on my non compliance theres clearly a bigger picture I think its the inconsistency of man being able to survive without proper answers, happens all the time in health care not all who wander are lost
