Visited last year for a neck issue. My insurance denied me an MRI, and so I was told to go through no less than 8 very expensive tests. After carefully opting for only one, due to financial constraints, I was treated very poorly and the doctor refused to discuss anything further. The receptionist ignored my concerns as well and I can honestly say they did nothing to help with my neck issue. I probably would have explored things further, but the attitudes of the staff were such, that I felt like they didnt want me there. There is absolutely no way I could recommend this place.

Would not recommend coming here. They will try to milk as much money as they can from you. I paid $175 for a 5 minute face time call. That’s $35 a minute. I was also billed $10 for being 10 minutes late even though I called ahead saying I was stuck in traffic. Weird because the person I was seeing has been 10-15 mins late seeing me for my appointment other times. This is place is the epitome of scamming. Find a better place, not here.

If you value your life and pocket dont go there. I was diagnosed with epilepsy at a young age they have the worst doctors they made it worst and never controlled it now I am at risk of dying of sudden unexpected death in epilepsy patients (sudep). Do yourself a favor and take the drive to Yale.

Awful experience. Quoted us one price over the phone from their billing department, but they then billed us a multiple of that number. Billing department was extremely rude.Avoid this office at all costs. A very shady business. Their actual care was mediocre at best. We ended up having to find another provider to actually get some decent care.Trust the one star reviews. Go elsewhere.

Had a horrible expirence trying to bring my mother here for her first appointment. I waited weeks for the appointment , took the day off and when I went to bring her in was told my appointment was the following month!!! I had changed the appointment over the phone with scheduling and was told it would be the same day ( with a different doctor which I wanted due to the rating of the other doctor) I replied that was great because I had taken the day off . Now appointment day they tell me it’s a month away???!! I will try not to bring her here if I can help it. Unreal!!!!!

Communication needs to be improved. Very rude. There is a reason for their one star. They need to improve their customer service. This is the second time we had a hard time with this place. We hung in there because we believe a bad day is warranted for all but this is ridiculous for a medical office.Very hard to speak to a provider if there is a concern. It always seem to be a third party interaction.Staff answering my phone call lacked compassion and was very robotic. She didnt seem to want to hear what was asked or requested to them. When a complaint was made to office manager by the name id Mary she shoved it to the side and avoid discussing the complaint. When asked what does she think of the concerns I had and what will be done her response was, I dont owe you an explanation I work for the organization not for you wow.

Yes...waited three weeks for an appointment so I took a 7:45 a.m. so I could be seen and get on with the day.Get there at 7:25 to have consideration for others and at * a.m still waiting even though I was the first one in there and four people have walked in 15 minutes after I got there and they are taken within 5 minutes after they arrive and at ]*:15 I go to the receptionist and say I have a 7:45 appointment its now quarter after * and she says well the doctor is doing paperwork and she will be with you as soon as possible. That is not only inconsiderate and rude and totally unacceptable but also incredibly anger inducing. They treated me like they were doing me a favor when theyre the ones getting paid. So I said to hell with this and left and Im sure they will try and charge my insurance for a canceled appointment or myself and if that happens then they will be hearing from an attorney. Disgraceful. Thanks for nothing.

Zero stars. Terrible office. Was charged $500 for one of the doctors to see my daughter for about 10 minutes one time. I tried speaking with someone in billing and the woman didnt know what she was talking about, told me my insurance company will send me a check to cover the balance. What?!Tried working with them to set up a payment plan, they didnt want to hear it. Stay away

Ive been seeing Courtney for over a year because I suffer from horrible migraines and headaches. She has been nothing but helpful. I also go to physical therapy there, and its the best and helps! Everyone in this office is super friendly! I highly recommend Associated Neurologists!

Booked an apointment, pre paid and was looking forward to getting some answers. An automated confirmation call was received 3 days prior to my appoint. On the morning of my appointment I received a call saying the Dr. has to cancel and I would be refunded my money, no rescheduling no referral nothing. Exceptionally unprofessional and unorganized. You should expect more from a neurologists office. Very disappointed to have to start this process over again.
