I really enjoy working for Tender Rose. The support and attention we receive as caregivers is the best I have ever had, and enables me to concentrate on my clients, without having to worry about any of the details, no matter what the situation is about. Tender Rose doesnt hire just anyone, and vets their employees thoroughly, which helps keep up the level of professionalism, and allows us to keep learning from one another. That way I get to enjoy my coworkers, as well as my managers, creating a team environment that adds to the support we give to each other.

In my FIRST DAY with TR, I had a problem clocking in, I called the office and talk to one of the scheduler for advice. She talked me through and get it work.Before she hung up she said,“Have a good day Prinya, I know you are alone with Client but you are not alone we are here with you”And that’s true.
