I had a good experience as Dr. Christina is very patient in answering my questions related to my prescription, as well as Cellie for guiding me of my coverage on the insurance.Less two stars:(1) Limited selections of frames. I only like one frame out of everything. After changing with prescription lens, it is uncomfortable (“unfit”) and I have to go to another Lenscrafters store and check other frames. The ones I found in their online site is also not available at hand.(2) The frame and lens is more expensive than other stores, and they do not accept price match. The frame I got was discounted at 50% online. I got my insurance allowance, but since my insurance company is under one parent company with Lenscrafters, they are opting you to buy with them so you can claim your insurance instead buying online.Tip: check first online to see if there is any discounts before coming to the shop. It was a mistake for me that I only check after I went home, and there was a 30% off on pair of frame and lens.

From the moment i walked into the store, Mary was extremely kind and professional. I asked for a pair of Oakley glasses and she showed me what was available there. With her amazing help, i was able to find a pair that was just perfect! I look forward to doing business with her again whenever i need to buy another pair of glasses!

Always a great experience when I go to this LensCrafters location. This all-female team is definitely the best in the biz. And the optometrist is the kindest youll ever have! The customer service here is so awesome, and they are very knowledgeable, too. I will always come back to this location for all my vision needs.

Yes, the professionalisms and friendliness of both Rachel and Ann-Rose was beyond my expectations again. Facing the year end need to use my EyeMed benefits to secure the purchase of an eye exam and purchase of much needed frames, they arranged to have my eye exam Ed at another LensCrafters location and return to their facility to complete my purchase of the prescribed lens and frame. You should carry a selection of glasses that can be used for sports. But overall a fine doctor and lovely staff makes it a pleasure to be there.
