Me and husband had an appointment and when we went in they told us that our insurance was inactive and that we needed to call and get it sorted out and then for us to call them back after it was activated so that they could tell us pricing with insurance so that’s exactly what we did….today makes the third time that I have called back to get pricing and three separate people/receptionist have told me that they would call me back after they spoke to my insurance and not one of them have ever returned my call. I explained the importance of me needing to know asap seeing as I had just had a root canal done and was needing a crown put on it and still no call back I even mentioned how two other receptionist had already said they would call me back and failed to do so and the only response i got was “well I wasn’t here yesterday so I don’t know”.I’ve been a receptionist and I know it can get hectic but if out of the three people I spoke with not one could find the time to return my call like they each assured me they would then someone just doesn’t care to do so.

Dr. Wiles is an AWESOME Guy. I have elected HIM to be my new Tooth Coach. He is very thorough when describing what services I need and what he will be performing. I trust the Team at Aspen with MY dental care as well as my Familys.

Dr. Matthew Wiles is excellent!. Very thorough when responding to questions and concerns, takes time to listen and responds in a genuinely caring manner. I find him to be a true blessing during my dental journey. Definitely considerate of others when making big changes. Simply content with the results and couldnt be more grateful for such wonderful people. Debbie is ALWAYS a face that Im delighted to see and a comforting voice to hear! Does a wonderful job as an assistant, very humble, kind, and also genuinely cares. Aspens Lab Tech (Angie) does amazing work and I appreciate all that has been done for me, in an environment that is comfortable, and makes you feel like family. Easy 5 stars!

The staff is friendly and professional. I was referred here due to financial needs and was told it was affordable. Unfortunately not the case. Although friendly and professional, they are definitely not affordable. If I could afford them I would absolutely use them but unfortunately they are sooo much outside or my price range that I had to use a different dentist in Dalton. I paid a 3rd of the price for same services. I wish they were more affordable but we arent even on the same planet when it comes to price. Im sure their services are worth it though. They were super nice to me. 😥 Im too poor to enlist their services though. They were nice enough to give me free x-ray❤️

I got approved for 100% coverage from my dental plan and since they can get the cash. They avoiding to schedule an appointment. I don’t know who manages this location but sure need some replacements and more daring people who are disabled and lived on fixed income. Times had changed and I understand I’m not the only person going there but when Rosalba or Rosaly said we have our patients to take care of. Was not only rude was Unprofessional.

Staff was nice enough. Pricing very, very expensive. Even with decent dental insurance, pricing was well beyond affordable. Unable to have any service performed. Very disappointed. Bit again, staff was nice and professional. Just very downhearted that I could not afford any service. Prices extremely out of range. Was just so disappointed.

Went in with hopes to fix my front tooth. Find out more teeth needed to be fixed as well but my main concern was the 1 tooth. Talked about cleanings and others being took care of as well. Did not get approved for payment plan and inc. Wasnt enough. $6300 walked out with no tooth fixed and very disappointed in fact i cant afford to fix my teeth. The team was nice but i left empty feeling

They cheated us out of $214. After my son’s surgical procedure they kept money I had over paid - not once telling me about it. I took them at their word that the estimate they gave me was correct,. A year an a half later - during the COVID crisis - my son - a child - had a cleaning, They refused to let me come in and fill out updated paperwork etc. Consequently they filed with the wrong insurance company. Instead of notifying me - the parent - that the insurance did not pay and give me a chance to give them the information about the new insurance company - they took my money that they had kept - and spent it on the bill that should have been completely taken care of by the new insurance company. In fact they still have $20 of my money they have not give me back because there are currently open claims.

First, I received x-rays that hurt my mouth and made me gag. Equipment not updated. I was told I needed a partial on my bottom teeth. I would receive a temporary one and then, a permanent. I had to take out the credit for the cost. I also had insurance. After, I signed everything, the financial girl called me back over and said, “some how the temporary partial was not included in the price. That’s some reason it was not in the computer. That I would have to pay out of pocket. The thing was i did not receive enough credit money to pay for it. So, she took it out of the computer because I wouldn’t have enough credit to cover the cost. I would have never agreed and they didn’t want to take the chance of me saying no and leaving. Needless to say, I didn’t receive a temporary and had to chew with my front teeth until my permanent was ready. They also said I needed dentures on my top. How much over $ 7000.00 for top dentures. My bottom partial was $ 3000.00. My fillings I received all fell out. So, I went to a real dentist. Let me just say, I don’t need dentures on top. He fixed all my top and bottom six teeth and I got my teeth whitened and fillings all for less then $3000.00. And that is with two crowns. Also. I received a $350 bill from Aspen just a month ago after a year that I’ve not even been there. My bottom partial I took out at my new dentist and she said my partial was old and asked how long I had it, I said a year. She said OH. Please if you don’t won’t to get lied to and ripped off Don’t go to Aspen. Go to a real dentist. That $350 I will not pay because I received one bill that stated past due called them but the manager was in the hospital and was told know one else could help me. The next week received a collections bill. They could have just called me and put it on my credit I took out with them and it would have been paid. Now, I will not pay that bill.

DO YOUR RESEARCH!!!The staff was extremely nice, but that tends to go hand in hand with a scam. I went in for my free appointment, since I have no insurance. I got a lot of imaging done that was extremely uncomfortable and painful, but I was fine with it because its free. The whole place seems very disorganized. When i was done with my appointment, they knew that I was a new adult and had no knowledge on anything. They tried too trick me into signing up to pay nearly $4,000 in expenses for things i did not even need. INCLUDING my free visit. I never even got a copy of my X-rays. Luckily, I did not qualify for the payment plan as I am a student worker. I decided to just not come back, then I got a bill for a few hundred dollars in the mail. It showed a 0$ charge for X-rays and a 0$ charge for new patient visit, but 85$ for an extensive exam and almost 200 for intensive imaging. I did not consent to these charges and I was told before and after that I would owe nothing. I called them back and they cut me off, wouldnt let me speak, and were very unprofessional. They did tell me not to worry about it, because they would cover it since I do not have insurance. This feels like they were hoping I would just pay it without asking questions. I went to my dentist office that I grew up going to and they ended up being far cheaper than what ASPEN tried to charge me for my free visit. I now need to pay 1.6k instead of 4K for my dental work. Most of what they offered was NOT needed, like a 160$tooth brush and 500$ gum cleaning.WATCH OUT AND DO YOUR RESEARCH! There are many lawsuits all over the US for similar stunts by ASPEN. This place is advertised as a godsend for those down on their luck, but it is very clear they just want to take advantage of people. I have heard other stories from people that are worse than mine, so PLEASE do your research.

Very friendly office staff and employees! I always leave here smiling due to the friendliness from everyone that works here. I have never felt pressured into any procedure or product, it is always what I am comfortable with. They are great about explaining all of the details from what to expect in a procedure to financial details. Absolutely the best! I would highly recommend the Dalton office to everyone!

I got dentures at Aspen a few years ago & Im still happy with mine. They offer financing if you cant afford to pay out of pocket and they work with you in many ways.

Aspen in Dalton is the best. My daughter was getting married. They really had no appoints to get my false teeth in time. But the great people they are, found a way to have my teeth in time. They are very sweet caring people. And my teeth look great. Thanks Aspen I love you

I was having a lot of pain from one of my teeth and needed to see a dentist as soon as possible. When I could not get in to see my regular dentist, the folks at Aspen Dental worked me in and took care of me as if I was a regular patient. I appreciate their professionalism and caring attitudes and I highly recommend them!

Called and got a same day appointment. Office staff were nice, saw Dr Wilkes, he was super nice and I was having extractions today. He made sure I was totally numb before starting the procedure. Other than a little pressure, I didnt feel any pain. Great job, Aspen dental.

My experience with Aspen dental was very nice , even though I went in to have one tooth extracted they let me know about my other teeth and best options to do with them , and the condition they were in other dentists will not do that they want you to keep coming back and will not discuss with you about your other teeth but not at Aspen dentist they took very good care of me and was very concerned and they worked with me on the billing I would recommend asking dentist to anyone who is having problems with their teeth because they just dont cover one tooth they will take care of them all and help you with the payments thank you so much Aspen dentist and PS you have a great crew there

I had a horrible experience here I would not recommend anyone to come here. They tried to scam me into paying $10,000 to take out basically all my teeth out and they told me that my teeth had no hope in saving they just try to get your money any way they can.

I have extremely bad anxiety, they literally helped me and talked me through the whole entire thing and went off of what I was comfortable with! Best dental experience I have ever had!

Everyone their was very kind and helpful would of gave them five stars but the dental hygienist was kind of unsympathetic and seemed to not understand what it’s like to not be able to afford insurance and cleanings every year. But besides that everyone else was kind helpful and gave plenty of information on price and plans to get my teeth fixed.

Can we say a joke?? This is called money back never guaranteed!! I’ve had so many people come to me and tell me stories of how terrible this place is so I decided to see and I was right all these positive people on here are either rich or posted the positive review before they got ripped off cause you can’t change the review. So before you go here or even affordable dentures check your options call other places cause both of these two places are the biggest rip off I’ve ever seen in my life. Take it from someone who knows and also has heard it all around town. Also do not ever finance here cause you might as well go to college and get a degree before paying off your teeth for the rest of your life.

I am leaving Aspen Dental in Dalton. I just wanted say that they have been wonderful! I have a new top and bottom set of dentures. Dr. Matthew Wiles and dental assistant Lesley made me feel so comfortable. I was embarrassed and nervous when I first went in. They were so pleasant and respectful. Genuinely taking the time to make sure that everything was done right and with the least amount of pain possible. I cant say enough about how wonderful they have been!!! I am so happy that I chose them for my dental care. If you need dental work, I honestly recommend them! ❤

Very polite staff and was treated well. Dont go there if u are broke and have no credit and no insurance because you are wasting your time. Im self employed and though I dont have the full amount to pay at the time I. Completely eligible to make payments but since I have no credit Im back to square one again.

The service was ok but was told on the phone would be 169.00 but before they even pulled the tooth we had to pay 268.00 that is ridiculous. For one tooth to cost that much to pull and it only took about 5 mins.

They told me that I couldn’t get just one of my wisdom teeth removed I had to get all four of them removed at once. I was only born with 3 not 4 and was going to have to pay the price of 4 getting removed instead of 3. They also told me I had a gum disease I went to another dentist the very next day and they said I did not have a gum disease that it sounded like they were just wanting money. I do not recommend anyone going to them. They are a joke.

Had a tooth pulled here. They did a pretty good job. However, this place cost more than other dentist. I had a tooth pulled the month before I went here at a place near Atlanta for 65.00 less than aspen. The wait here is ridiculous as well. Even when you get into a chair in the back your going to be sitting there for a good while.

Yes the staff is very nice. But my husband came out telling me that he was going to have all his teeth removed. Ball park figure of 5000.00 dollars. It is understandable that he has a gum disease. Ok we dont and want have that, not even in the foreseeable future. But never gave him anything for the abscess tooth he went in with. And have him scheduled for Friday to remove all his teeth. With swelling, and pain, no antibiotics what so ever. Im sorry but Aspen Dental in Dalton Georgia is fired.

Everyone there was so kind warm and helpful. Helped me a lot with what I needed. Best experience I have had from anywhere in a very long time. The 2 dentist that I had interaction with there was so nice and caring. They truly showed that they cared about me not just as a patient but as a person.

I got dentures made there and they broke while eating pizza within a year of getting them and now they keep breaking and they keep gluing them back together.

Do Not go to Aspen Dental..They lie about how much procedures are..They said just a few hours of work would cost over $16,000.00 .They promised to be economical and that they would work with my family, they lied..Find somewhere else to go..

Took my girlfriend today she has a infected wisdom tooth they never gave her anything for pain. She only got antibiotics, there was never a detailed explanation. She said the xrays were never shown to her. They put them on the illuminated board with the light turned off. They dont wave the first consulation fee so if you dont have insurance its 85 dollars. Its false advertising they claim they dont charge but they do. They refered her to a oral surgeon but never made a appointment. If your needing wisdom teeth pulled you can go straight to the oral surgeon no referralneeded.The receptionist is very rude I poked my head in the door because I was gonna pay for my girlfriend she was like we have a sign on the door you cant come in. I WOULD NEVER GO HERE AGAIN.

The staff and dentists at Aspen in Dalton are fabulous. They took extra care to ensure that I was comfortable and relaxed. I have a real fear of the dentist and they made me feel empowered to go back when I need to. The experiences I had before Aspen were terrible. I recommend them highly.

I called in to get a cleaning appointment. They said it had been a while and dentist needed to check me. After xrays and being poked and prodded, the dentist said I needed antibiotics in areas of my gums. They then sent me to a desk and said it would be $900+ more than what I had already paid. The then sent me back to the chair to be cleaned and more work done. I will go back but it seems to cost more every time. I also did not get an itemized receipt that stated costs of each procedure that was done. This would have been helpful to have.

We have found the staff and everybody at the Dalton office to be very friendly very informative but I would not recommend getting work done there me and my wife decided to go to Dalton office to get an estimate of some dental work or paperwork was look that we had dental insurance we were told all everything would be paid for when we got to the finance office he paid half of the money down on the bill we begin to check around with other offices and found out that the 20 percent that they had offered us was not really a discount and that the prices were higher and work was higher we decided not to have the work done went to another dentist and they did the work get my money refunded had no other problem until about a month later I was being billed for x-rays both for me and my wife I called the office spoke to April she said not to worry about it in a month later I get a second bill I called my insurance company and asked why the bill was not covered they told me that the code that was used would not be covered at that office was using I continue to get these bills in so I would not recommend using them and I would recommend checking around to see what prices really cost

Dr. Cale Jackson and Mary his assistant were so great. They both took great care of me. I would recommend them to family and friends. They both had great, what I call, bedside manner. Dr. Jackson did his best not to hurt me and the experience was a good one. Would like to thank both him and Mary for taking care of me. I only want them to assist my needs while I continue on this past to a great smile. Thanks again Aspen Dental for being there when I needed you. :-)

The dentist who took care of my daughter was excellent. The office staff was snotty, condescending and downright rude. She was openly disgusted, and said so, that I wanted to pay cash, not participate in credit. She rolled her eyes when I asked about specific charges, just a down right nasty woman all around. Avoid this place if you like your dignity.

They did a great job with caring for me and doing the procedure I had done Dr. Matt Wiles was attentive to me asking lots of questions making sure i was comfortable . On another hand they are ridiculous expensive,but considering I was In severe pain and needed a dentist asap they did work me in to leave painless so I was very satisfied when I left

Do not go here. They dont listen to their patients needs and then try and force you to do there dental plan. My husband went there for a bad tooth only to be told he needed 16 thousand dollars in dental work but not to worry his insurance covers all but 6 thousand of it.

Polite enough front desk people. Made my appointment a month in advance. The day before my appointment, they had to reschedule the time because they double booked me. Then, when I get there, the office is closed for lunch. Didnt open till the exact time of my appointment. Then they had not taken the time to request my paperwork from my last dentist, (which is the same chain and they knew that) so I had to fill all my paperwork out for them. Because they dont have my history, because they arent prepared for my appointment. 30 minutes later and Im not closer to getting my teeth cleaned. Good thing I was early, right? Wont be coming back.

Super friendly staff. Dude in the black scrubs is super nice and seems to genuinely care about you. Blonde in the blue scrubs is the same way, made me feel at ease when I was there. Blonde in the black scrubs was really friendly when she did my cleaning. And the brunette in the blue scrubs was friendly and understanding when i had trouble after a wisdom tooth removal. Theyre awesome.And the receptionist is super nice too, they got you I promise

I would highly recommend this dentist office. They have done great work for my husband and their prices are reasonable. They offer payment plans if needed and have tried real hard to work around his jod schedule.

They team there did their job very well and knew exactly what I needed and what to do about it. Would recommend this team to anyone without insurance as they do understand what that means and will work to make sure your taken care of.

I was stunned at how professional all of the contacts were leading up to my appointment.When I arrived for my appointment everyone was very friendly and made me feel like I was the most important client they were working with. If you have insurance they treat you like a cash cow. You have to pay for all appointments at time of scheduling the appointment and they refuse to go over your treatment just give you a huge number and send you to billing where they take your info and apply for a loan in your name before youve gotten to their desk. Unprofessional and unorganized.

This appointment. was for my mother. It is very comforting to know I can rely on staff members to be considerate with my moms disability needs.They were very patient and helpful during the visit. Everything was explained to us in detail. The dentist came in and introduced herself and was very tentative to my mom. I would defnitely recommend this office.
