Christy is the best! I always leave loving how my hair looks!She also did my sons first haircut. She was GREAT with him. She took her time to talk to him so that he was comfortable and draped my myself and my son to reduce the amount of hair on me as I held him. She really took her time to make sure it looked the way I wanted and was patient with how long it took (1.5 year olds are wiggle worms).We will definitely be a repeat customer.

Best service ever I would highly recommend going here! The lady who cut my hair did so amazing and they can even shampoo for extra. Tips.: go around lunch or early morning I went right before they closed which they close at 9. I felt like I was in the way of them cleaning but she told us i wasn’t.

My experience with Master Cuts was horrible. I had made an appointment in advance. When I arrived the ladies looked bothered and not in the mood to work. As I waited to be serviced I got looks of disgust from the hairdressers. Im a proud Hispanic and I felt like I was looked down. I must have not been the time of customer she would have liked to have. Aside from feeling very uncomfortable, I sat down and the lady quickly said I cant cut your hair you have lice. I told her embarrassment* I have dandruff she told me to leave. Im so embarrassed , if this honest reviews helps, I would recommend other hair salons. I was in need of a quick trim and decided to give them a shot. When in need of a trim or a cut visit places that make the service a pleasant experience.

I went in for the most SIMPLE thing ! I wanted my dead ends cut off, so I was expecting about half and inch cut off. I kid you not when I say Monica the lady that cut my hair left uneven ends ALL over my hair!! It looks awful. Do not go here seems like they’re still learning to cut hair nothing professional here.

One of the worst haircuts ive ever had. I had clumps of hair on my side burns. The girl almost left my sides undone...i wouldnt recommend this place to anyone. Go to the Dominican barber shop!!!

If I could give it 0 stars, I would.Worst experience ever. To begin with, we walked in and there was 1 stylist working there. Me, my sister and my mother came in for cuts. Another couple followed shortly. The place was totally understaffed.I sit in the chair and I ask her for advice. You would think someone who went to school (if she even did) would have some knowledge on what kind of bangs/styles suit what faces and such. I asked for her advice and it was evident from the get-go that she had no idea what she was doing. She totally ignored my question and starting cutting. She described how she was going to cut my bangs and she said I dont know...Im just going based off that photo you showed me (mind you, I showed her a few different photos and asked for her opinion but she ignored it. I never actually chose a photo). Anyway, I agreed. I told her if thats what she thinks would look best then thats what I want.Now, to the bad part. I went in there for LAYERS. I did not want a trim at the end. I specifically told her DO NOT CUT ANY OFF OF THE END. She said okay, she wont. So, how did my hair go from reaching my hips (over 2 feet of hair) to reaching just below my shoulders? How? How does that make any sense? I guess a friend of hers walked into the salon and she kept saying but your hair is so beautiful, your hair is so beautiful why are you cutting it? and the stylist, as she was chopping it all off, said shes not getting it cut. Its just layers...my sister and mother were there for proof and they kept making these horrified faces because she chopped off so much. I thought they were joking, but nope...they werent.She was awful. And completely altered my physical appearance in a (negative) way that I could not have ever imagined.Oh - and my sister initially went in for a cut too but after she saw what the stylist did to my hair she said she only wants to get her bangs cut. She charged my sister 16 bucks for cutting off a few centimeters of her bangs...ridiculous.I am beyond angry. A mistake is one thing but this was not a mistake. Cutting off an entire foot of my hair when I asked for NONE to be cut off of the bottom is not a mistake.

Bad hair cut and waste of money it was my first and last time going to master cuts idk why I even went there in the first place horrible place to get your hair cut
