Dr. Meijer and the TSM crew are awesome every time! Second surgery I’ve had with them (ACL/ ACHILLES tendon) and both went great. Plan of action went as I was told and of course there is some recovery pain but thanks to the steps they have in place post surgery it is minimal compared to what I’ve heard from peers with the same injuries. Very high recommendation if dealing with any sports injury!

Candace is very rude on the phone and seems like she doesnt have time to deal with anything. The 3 times I have called, I have reached her. I never receive calls back and before I can finish a sentence on why I am calling she places me on hold to check what she thinks I want, out. If it wasnt work related, I wouldnt waste my time trying to get someone to help me.

Saw Dr Meijer for my rotator cuff injury - after 20+ years I had pain and zero strength. Long story short, he is a MIRACLE worker, and he repaired what was a massive tear. At 58 my shoulder is now 100 percent - I am pain free, have full strength in the gym, and have resumed playing ball like I never thought possible.

I took my mom to Dr. Souryal to check her knee and he was very patient in explaining what she had and how some physical therapy and exercises would help her and no surgery or procedures are needed. His team was also very professional and friendly and helped my mom throughout the visit.Dr. Souryal is an excellent doctor and he has built an amazing practice. I would highly recommend anyone who has any sports injury or orthopedic issue to visit Texas Sports Medicine.

Dr Meijer has been awesome with both of my shoulder repairs, the staff is always friendly. Rehab is the best, I get the same person each time and its an hour of 1 on 1 rehab that makes me feel relaxed and comfortable. I deffinately recommend them for your orthopedic needs.

I’m seeing Dr. Souryal for some knee pain I’ve been having. He is very meticulous and spends a lot of time to make sure he covers all your concerns. I have seen other doctors for my knee without any success, and I’m grateful I was recommended to see Dr. Souryal.

I came to Texas Sports Medicine from another state and transferred into their program. I have received nothing but the best service for helping recover from resconstructive ACL surgery. Great people.

Dr. Souryal is the best! After I tore my ACL playing basketball I wanted to get back on the court ASAP. I did some homework and found the old Mavericks team doctor; Dr. Souryal. He was very detailed on the plan before and after surgery. His staff was very helpful and friendly! He has a rehab clinic in the same building, which was super convenient. The rehab was a 1 on 1 session allowing me to feel good about my rehab specialist knowing my progress each visit. They stuck with me each step of the way answering all my questions (I had a ton). I loved my experience at this clinic and would recommend Dr. Souryal to anyone who needs their knees looked at!

I had an awesome experience with dr Manning and Dr meijer, we went different routes first to see if we could avoid surgery and finally we just had to repair my ACL. Dr meijer was excellent at leading me in the right direction for recovery. Recovery was awesome as well, I really loved working with mike and the way he got be back to getting on my feet was great. Still have some work to do but thanks to mike Vargas my therapist, I’m on way closer to 100%. I would highly recommend Texas sports medicine to anybody trying to get batter and be active again. Thanks to every I have encountered in the office.

I LOVE THIS PLACE! I had an issue with my knee last year and surgery was needed. I didnt know how lucky I was to be seen by Dr. Souryal. The Orthopedic Dr. for The (MY) Dallas Mavericks! I knew I would be in great hands!Dr. Souryal, his staff, the nurses in post surgery and my rehabilitation team all made me feel as special as anyone else who walked through those doors. I was allowed to go at my own pace. Availability was always easy to find. They even adjusted to my schedule if needed! From top to bottom I am VERY pleased with my experience. Today I am sprinting, jumping and climbing again. Im back to who I was prior to injury.Lastly I have to say THANK YOU!!! To my Rehab team. Mike, Caleb, Whitney, Sarah and Amber.... dont know where I would be without your support. You guys and gals ROCK!

Stay away. South Dallas comes to the Park Cities. Staff is rude, ill mannered, poorly trained. Dr. Manning hypes the stem cell stuff. This manner of orthopedic science is UNPROVEN. He is in it only for the money. He has broken the Hippocratic oath- First, do no harm...

I have to say a huge THANK YOU! About 2 years ago, I reached my breaking point and was finally ready to seek treatment after suffering from lifelong patellar sublexations (kneecap dislocations, on both legs). I was recommended to the fantastic team of doctors at Texas Sports Medicine, located in Snider Plaza, by a previous patient. This previous patient, herself, had sought treatment there several years before for the same issue. Well, I did decide on Texas Sports Medicine and I have to say that it was the best decision! In May of 2017, I underwent surgery on my right knee, and in May of 2018, my left. My doctor, Dr. Meijer, was amazing! Every step of the way, I have been cared after from this team of doctors and their staff. After suffering from hundreds of dislocations over my lifetime, I had PTSD, and would have panic attacks especially when completing my physical therapies, post op. Dr. Meijer referred me for treatment for this as well, to a Psychiatrist specializing in providing treatment for stress disorders among athletes. Well, I can say that I no longer worry about my kneecaps dislocating, as they no longer do! I never thought I would be able to say that. I am now completely and un-anxiously able to live my life. I have been able to do amazing things like climb Mount Lycabettus in Greece, climb Point Reyes Lighthouse in San Fran, and climb the Citedella in Budapest. I would never have thought any of this possible before. Anyway, long story even longer, I will forever be thankful for the recommendation of Texas Sports Medicine and for Dr. Meijer who has changed my life. My only regret is not coming in sooner. Oh, and they also have a radio show on ESPN, each Saturday morning, where callers can ask questions live. 🎉
