I have gone to the dr for annual checkups for 2 years. Recently, the automated email reached out to me and I had an appointment scheduled. I arrived on time, spoke to billing, saw the nurse and and was sat in the waiting room. The nurse told me he had to run for an emergency child birth and that it would take 30-1hour max. So I waited because I had nothing to attend. I was off from work. 1 hour and 30 min later I just walked out. Nobody attempted to help or let me know a status update. I didnt storm out sooner but I should have to save myself wasting time and being led on. This is not the first time i have been put on a 1 HOUR hold for other reasons that werent explained to me. I will never return to the dr again.

Dr. Glen W. Heckman is a great doctor. I have been a patient of his for 16 years.I recently had my first bad encounter with the his fairly new office receptionist and biller . I had and question about fees and my co-pay. I ask the receptionist what is the ten dollar fee for and what is the $25 fee for when my co-pay has been $20 well she was rude ( because she didn’t have an answer to my question) so she stated would you like to speak with the biller I stated yes she closed the window in my face so I went an had a seat to the biller came to the window the biller comes to the window asks me what’s the problem I stated there isn’t a problem I want to ask questions about the charges she stated the provider is a specialist and the co-pay is now $25 so I stated that’s fine and the $10 can you bill that she stated NO! it has to be paid in full or you want see the doctor I didn’t say nothing else handed her my card she snatched it in a nasty way. Than told me (not ask ) to go have a seat she asked did I have my insurance card I told he no I just came from work and forgotten it at home. (they have all the information on file for my insurance) she stated since you can’t comply with the rules she would have to speak with the doctor next thing I know she stated the doctor refuses to see you my office manager will contact you …. Today I received a letter in the mail stating my doctor of 16 years will not be servicing me any more ! Linda will not return my call at all… They all stick together witch that’s what you suppose to do but when the other person is wrong you should stand up and I feel he has been my doctor for 16 years that he should have asked what’s the issue but he didn’tDr. Heckman thank you for your 16 years of service. But Im disappointed about the situation that wasnt addressed properly

If I could give them 0 stars I would. I called and made an apt for a 9 panel blood test. When i arrived they informed me that with my insurance it would be 125 dollars for the testing done today. When i was brought back, they told me they were going to do an exam, which I thought was strange since I needed blood work. After the full exam, and them doing a pap smear which I didnt ask for or even mention. They said they could do a 9 panel test using what they took from the pap smear and I could go home. Of course Im like cool no needles and I pay and leave. As soon as I get to my house I recieve a call from their office saying they made a mistake and I was supposed to get bloodwork and a test done that was never done. I explained whay the doctor told me about the pap smear and they informed me he was mistaken at the time and that I could come back to get it done or go to another lab location since the file was already there. I asked if i went to another location if they would know I already paid, and they said no that I hadnt paid yet, and the thing I paid for was the exam and office visit. I WENT THETE TO GET TESTED AND THEY CHARGED ME AND DIDNT TEST ME. Now they are refusing to give me a refund or even an explanation of what happened. Nor will they actually do the blood work without me paying over 100 more dollars. I feel scammed and used. Not to mention that during the exam i didnt request, there were 3 people in the room the whole time assuring me I didnt need bloodwork to get the tests done while I was being unnecessarily probed . Not sure why all of that intrusive behavior even happened since they only thing I made the appointment for was to get blood work done. I dont know how this place is still open if they do this to everyone , or if they just saw a vulnerable young woman and decided to take advantage of me. Either way not recommended. Ive filed a case with them, and all they can say is they arent sure why the exam was done, why I was charged that much, and they arent sure why I never got the 9 panel test I came there for.
