Dr. Heintges has been my doctor for 15 years, she’s also now the doctor for my oldest daughter. In 2015 she delivered my 2nd child. I believe whole heartedly she is hands down the very best doctor ever, I truly mean it. So attentive, so personable, so accommodating. I feel so lucky and blessed to have found her. I’m so comfortable discussing things with her and asking questions and she never makes me feel like I’m a bother. I was hesitant to write this review because I don’t want her to get too busy for me but I figured I’d share anyway just in case someone is looking for a life long physician. The Max here is 5 stars but I really think she deserves 10.

Best OB ever!! Dr. Heintges is the best doctor I have ever been to, she is comforting and funny and down to earth and has kept me very comfortable and excited during my first pregnancy. Not to mention they have an amazing staff of kind and helpful woman. I would recommend them 1000x.

Dr. Heintges is truly my favorite person in the world. So knowledgeable, comforting and facility is top notch. She delivered both my babies and was with me the entire way through all the ups and downs. Not just a doctor a friend for life. If you are looking for an amazing doctor she’s the best.

She is a wonderful doctor. My experience with her was great! She is friendly and nice, gives you enough time to ask your questions. She is knowledgeable. In 2012, the office where she was working at had all female doctors and female nurses/staff which is good for those women who prefer to be seen by a female doctor due to religious reasons.

Dr. Harms is excellent! She delivered my daughter in 2007 and will be delivering my son in a few weeks! She always keeps you highly informed and never judges you for any questions or concerns you may have. The office staff is super friendly and makes you feel very welcomed! Highly recommend!

Dr. Heintges has been my doctor for years and I highly recommend her. She takes time to get to know her patients (which is really important) and builds a relationship with them.

Dr. Heintges is amazing and is the best doctor Ive ever had. I cannot say enough great things about her.However, it is IMPOSSIBLE to schedule an appointment. They have no reminder system in place to let me know when I can/should book, and they have terrible hours and dont accept voicemails to request a callback.

Dr.Harms is an amazing Doctor! We just moved and I had to find a new Doctor. I couldnt be happier with Dr. Harms! She is very caring, listens and I trust her 100% to deliver my baby. I would highly recommend her!

To all the 20-something girls in the DFW area - Dr. Heintges is amazing! I recently moved to the area for work and was dreading finding a new OBGYN. Maybe its just me, but sometimes I feel like doctors dont relate to what its like to be a young woman in this modern age and the concerns we have. She answered all of my questions with absolutely zero judgement and made me feel right at home (in the doctors office - I know, she was that good!!). It felt like I was talking to a friend or a cool aunt! I was in and out in about 35 minutes (but didnt feel rushed at all) and her staff was just as friendly. So glad I went to Dr. Heintges!

I really liked Dr. Heintges and her nurse. Dr. H was super friendly and to the point. She knew how to advise with insurance and gave a clear action plan as to what needs to be done in order to achieve what I saw her for. I am so thankful that a friend referred her to me and I have already referred a friend to her myself. I definitely recommend her and I look forward to a long relationship with her. UPDATE: First I want to say that I love my doctor and her nurse and that Abby was the only friendly helpful scheduler Ive EVER dealt with at this office since I started going a year ago and they are THE ONLY REASON for any stars at all. If I wasnt so set on Dr. Heintges delivering my baby, and if I didnt like her and her nurse so much, I would so be prone to a law suit for patient abandonment. I have never disliked someone as much as I do Candace. She is, in my opinion, an awful person and should not be in charge of determining if a patient can see her doctor or not especially throughout the patients FIRST PREGNANCY all because she didnt estimate their out of pocket portion accurately. I had a laproscopic endometriosis surgery with Dr. H in February of last year but before it, I sat directly across from Candace and gave her all of the money I was told I would owe up front. After the surgery she said I owed another big chunk due to Dr. H needing to do more procedures while in surgery. Mighty fine, I trust my doctor and have no problem paying.. However i needed a payment plan to take care of the UNFORSEEN costs. I paid on time every month but any time I called the office to make an appointment with my doctor, I was put on hold for the scheduler to talk with someone (I wonder who) then I was told i couldnt be seen until the balance is paid in full. I had surgery with Dr. H to help me get pregnant and when I finally do get pregnant Im not allowed to see her throughout the entire pregnancy!? My first visit with her was at my 7 month mark. I was never formally dismissed from the practice (because I wasnt a problem patient and I was never delinquent on my account either) yet I was refused appointments with my doctor up until recently. The day i paid my balance off was the day I was finally allowed to see her for my first prenatal care visit at 7 months into my pregnancy. Whatever, fine, can I please see my doctor now.. NOPE! One of the schedulers told me that the insurance plan that I specifically got for Dr. H, after tons of research to make sure she was in network with them.. was not a plan they accept. I kept pleading with her that yes Dr. H is in network and that the only reason i got this insurance was to see her but she kept saying no we wont take that insurance here like Im a medicaid patient (not that there is anything wrong with medicaid but we all know how they get treated) or some patient that has been black listed from the practice for no reason. She rudely transferred me to the insurance department after I begged her to please double check for me. An insurance specialist told me they dont take my insurance (BCBS of TX!!) but I begged her to please call and verify. I called several times after that over the next few days to see what they found out but they never answer they send you to voicemail. 4 days later I get a call back with a message saying that yes, my doctor is in fact in network and they do accept my insurance. WTH!? I can honestly say I hate this practice and that if it wasnt for Abby finally advocating for me and getting a message to my doctor who apparently had no clue this was all happening and if it wasnt for my hearts desire to see the doctor who helped me get pregnant, never in a MILLION YEARS would i ever step foot into that office again. The schedulers are rude and the insurance department doesnt care and the finance department... CANDACE.. is the friggin devil. I will never refer anyone there even for Dr. H because they may end up having to go through what I did during the most important, special time of my life.

Dr Heingtes is absolutely the BEST doctor I have ever been to and I have been to quite a few. Im sure everyone has experienced the in and out doctors that say 3 sentences to you and run out the office, Dr. Heingtes always and I mean always walks in and asks about your time since she last seen you asks how the family is doing and just really cares to built a relationship with you. I feel like shes more of a friend then my OBGYN. Dr Heingtes takes her time explaining things until I understand the reasoning behind it (I appreciate that so much because I always want to know why), and you can tell she genuinely cares about you as a person. Let me not mention the amazing energy she carries all the time, ive walked in there totally disappointed and she goes out of her way to make sure I leave in a better mood. Im so so grateful to have found the best gynecologist I could ask for! I absolutely adore her and can’t wait to have her with me when I deliver my baby boy.
