The staff and physicians are top-notch. They take the time to get to know you and provide excellent patient care. Ive been to several offices for weight loss and this is the most comprehensive and helpful office in Texas. Lindsay especially stands out for doing her job well. She takes pride in helping her patients and brings a smile to everyone around her. Thank you Nicholson Clinic for making me feel so comfortable throughout this journey.

I love the Nicholson clinic every time I come and visit the clinic Lindsay the MA is always friendly and helpful. Dr. long was a wonderful surgeon he helped me all the way through my journey I could not have asked for a better surgeon or a better MA.

The staff from the front door to the back is absolutely AMAZING, welcoming and so kind. I don’t know everyone’s name, but Lindsay and Rick are fantastic in the back! Everyone treats you with the upmost respect and makes you feel so comfortable. Lastly, Dr. Nicholson is also amazing and thorough. I’m 2 weeks post-op and have zero complaints with this process. I highly recommend! Thank you to Dr. Nicholson and staff for going above and beyond.

As a type one diabetic, I did pretty thorough research before getting a gastric sleeve. I thought the Nicholson clinic would care about my overall wellbeing.In the recovery of surgery, I could not stop throwing up. After a few tests came back normal, I was told that my issues were too complex for the office to handle— and was given no referral to anyone who could help.I am not even sure if Dr.Long knew about any of my complications, as the last time I saw him was in the OR. His PA and nurses handled all other interactions, regardless of the fact that I was suffering.I called the clinic crying and still, received zero help. They were not even willing to prescribe me anti-nausea medication that would last until my appointment with a PCP.I’m so thankful I have a mother who is a pharmacist, and TELEDOC. Such a simple solution was found with two medications and I am now in completely perfect health.The Nicholson Clinic is only interested in healthy patients without any complications post surgery. Sorry I didn’t fit that bill.

Dr. Roshek is an amazing doctor but he needs to hire new staff Period! His front office staff is so horrible they really make the clinic look bad. It has been several times that I was scheduled for an appointment with Dr. Roshek and the staff took it upon themselves to reschedule the appointment without letting me know. They are so unprofessional it’s a shame. It’s so unfortunate because Dr. Roshek it’s such an amazing doctor but I cannot refer anyone to that clinic because of his staff. I am not the only person that this is happened to every follow up appointment I go to other patients are in the lobby fussing about their appointments being cancelled with out any notice. I would only recommend if he changed his staff because he deserves better! Not to mention they still haven’t corrected the insurance billing from 1 year ago

Best decision I have ever made! I absolutely love coming to the office to ck in and report my progress. Lindsay, one of the MAs is like my sister from another Mr. 🤣🤣🤣 We have kindred spirits. Dr. Nickolson is the absolute BEST. My surgery was painless and A SUCCESS!I WOULD CHOOSE them 100x over!

The staff here are very friendly and helpful, especially Lindsay. She’s hilarious, and caring, and a lot of fun to be around. Dr. Nicholson is also very caring and when situations arise that require prompt attention he makes sure to give them the attention they deserve. I would definitely recommend this place and its staff!!

False advertisement. Is there anything else you can do? Yes, waive my bill. Duh?! Yall see how a place that charges like $10K for a surgery is so money-hungry that they really want that $100 out of me for doing nothing!DONT EVEN CONSIDER GOING HERE! I was told my consultation would be free. They confirmed I didnt owe anything when I left the office. Guess what? They went and billed me and my insurance for the 5 minute consultation in which they told me that I didnt even qualify for surgery. What crooks! I presented my case to their billing department and they told me tough! Stay away!Response from the owner an hour agoWhen going the insurance route we are required by law to invoice patients for visits. When someone has a regular plan that goes to deductible and co-insurance, instead of co-pay, that is why a patient wouldn’t have to pay anything at the actual visit. We have read through your records and understand you are frustrated but please let us know if there is anything else we can do to help. We sincerely want the best for you and each and every one of our patients.

I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Nicholson. My surgery went without a hitch. They were very helpful from the pre-op to post-op and even now. Sometimes its out fault without evening thinking that its our fault that we do not lose the weight. When we go to the psych counsel we need to be honest. Stress does have a lot to do with it. If you are wanting to lose weight, you that diet and exercise is always a given. Dont always look for the doctor to hold your hand through out the process. Everyone loses in their own way and pace. I only paid $20, and that was my great experience for everything, because i had a great insurance company. Sometimes its your insurance company giving you a bad experience and not the doctor.

6 days post op. 3/14/18 my life forever changed! Dr. Kilgore is the most wonderful, caring doctor I have ever had in my life. Even though I was scared, she took great care of me and made sure my family was at ease! I’m so glad I chose the Nicholson clinic. I’m forever grateful!!! Thanks Dr. Kilgore!!!!

I recommend to do more research on other Clinics. I had the worst experience in this clinic.It’s been over a yr since my surgery and my journey was not very good. My coaching was the worst ever and I was given mis information and I had to be the one calling asking questions because I was not being guided the right way also I joined groups to get info because I was so lost.After surgery they seen me twice and I lost my appointments and never did I recta call from the staff to remind me or anything. I don’t know if I was the only one who experienced this but I feel like I dint loose enough weight also dint get the right coaching as I should have. I regret having surgery with this clinic.

This place is horrible! Not only have I dealt with major complications from a horrible surgery but I received a bill from them in the mail 3 years after my surgery! I would never recommend this place they almost killed me!

I had the sleeve in 2016 my gallbladder blew due the weight loss. I contacted the office multiple times. They referred me to an office that wasn’t open I ended up in the ER. Several thousands of dollars later then a second surgery to remove the gallbladder Several thousand out of pocket and a bocketed surgery. Only to need a second one
