Fantastic internal medicine doctor! Dr. Ashwani does not only treat me but my entire family. He takes the time to show me what is wrong and carefully explains the results of my tests even though I am not a doctor! There is an individual touch you will not receive in other offices and his bedside manners is great. Very nice man!

My husband and I are so happy to have Doctor Ashwani as our doctor, he is caring and kind.

I have been a patient of the Dr. for about 2 years now and had not had any complaints until today. Over the last few months I have been struggling with my health and I see several Doctors for my condition. Most recent I have been missing quite a bit of time from work and it was mentioned to me that I could file FMLA paperwork with my employer to protect my job. Now, I dont know about you but the stress of loosing my job and insurance is very challenging and it has a huge impact on my health and mental state. So of course I was elated that this would benefit me. So I immediately got the docs and sent them to my doctors to complete. Because I have an autoimmune system disease I see a Rheumatoid and Dermatologist in addition to Dr. Srivastava. Therefore all of them have a contribution to the FLMA docs since each of them are treating me for different effects from my autoimmune system disease and the subsequent illnesses and conditions that I deal with as a result. One doctor tells me the other should fill it out and then when I ask that doctor they say the other should do it. On top of all that Srivastava has the policy to charge his patients $25 to complete the forms. Well as a result of missing work I was not in the position to pay the $25 today because I have had several appointments this week and literally had only $55 in my bank account. I would need that money to live on until I get paid again. I explained all this to not only the office staff but to the Dr. directly and he told me that everyone has problems and that is just how it is. He refused to complete the forms until I paid him. I was crushed because I never asked him to waive the fee but simply to bill me until I get paid and can pay him next week. He refused and told me that I can pay it our not. I broke down in his office because I could not believe the lack of compassion being shown by a physician that is touted to be Mr. Compassion. I was just asking for his help not a handout. He just looked at me sobbing with no reaction and walked out of the room and moved on to his next patient. I of course paid the $25 and I will figure out my survival for the next week but I will certainly be looking for a new Dr. This is absolutely intolerable and I hope that the $25 is a blessing to him because it certainly would have been to me.

I will never go back! Two years ago we moved from the area and now it takes me over two hours round-trip to see him every six months for routine checkups. I had an appointment on Monday, Oct. 8 and had my appointment card that clearly showed the time and date as October 8. However I was informed that their system showed the appointment for the next day and they were booked up for the day and I should come back the next day. I was not about to make the long drive again because of their mistake. I wrote and sent a letter to Dr. Srivastava about how my appointment was handled. Neither he nor anyone else has had the courtesy of reaching back to me. I have now found a new doctor with a great staff close to me. Incidentally, for this past year I had two other episodes with Dr. Srivastavas incompetent staff when my mail order pharmacy (OptumRX) had to contact them three times to refill a prescription.

I have gone to Dr.Ashwani S.for about 5 yrs.I Love him and his staff.My appts.waiting time is about 15 min.or less.He talks, and listen to your health concerns.All refills are taken care right away.Dont want to leave.
