Upon walking in I was instantly greeted by the owner (Todd), who gave me an awesome first experience. Ive never had an acai bowl let alone any kind of bowl before ha, so after a quick conversation I made my choices. Everything took all of 5 mins to make, and like it looks... Its delicious!!! This place is also conveniently located right off of 75.

This girl helped me out who was the sweetest and had great recommendation on which shake to take. She was so kind and made my day. Also the shake tastes great and j wouldn’t have ordered it by myself. Her name is melanie.

I got my food to-go. There are some areas to sit down but theres not too many seats. The vitality wrap is pretty good and they add a bunch of greens and potatoes into the wrap. Its a decent place to get some healthy food options and/or smoothies

Good refreshing taste! A little expensive and their promo codes dont work that kinda bugs me but I enjoy getting their food delivered.Edit: changing to 5 stars. Love the taste of their food in the morning. Sorry Todd didnt see your response.

The owner at this place is a hard working man. I watched him hustle around the restaurant and help his employees endlessly. On top of that this place has quality ingredients and serious health benefits to what they serve. I recommend the Vitality Wrap. I will be back.

I think lil over priced

I received the worst service I have ever gotten at this restaurant. After 35 minutes, my food still wasn’t ready. The boss, Todd, is disrespectful and rude. He doesn’t have the skills to work with any customers. I could hear him talking in the back about the importance of my food. I would never recommend this restaurant to anyone and I can promise he lost my business.

Love this place. The food is delicious, the staff is always helpful with new suggestions and a friendly smile. This is such a great heathy option for my family. We love Vitality Bowls!!

Super healthy, fresh ingrediants, i got spinach salad with turkey including couples if other ingredients, all were fresh and tasty and the portion was great and made me full. The turky taste was great and good seasoned. I got a red smoothie too , it was delicious as well, again fresh and tasty with no added sugar but still tasty enough.

Why does your sign on your front door say 8 AM? There are 3 people that just walked away because you can’t get your times correct. Simple task.....

This location is phenomenal. Staff is super friendly, food was delicious. I tried the eggnini and basil tomato soup and both were so good I had to go back for more just a few days later. Their Kombucha (tried the raspberry) was really good in flavor and active ingredients. Cant wait to come back on my next visit, it has immediately become my favorite spot in town.

EDIT*2nd tine back*: Its Good and taste great. I got the tropical bowl with extra honey this tine. The first time I had it i was very disappointed with how the dragon bowl tasted. Still 4 stars is for presentation, clean restaurant and nice employees. Just somewhat overpriced imo

I actually went to this place looking for a smoothie because I left my lunch at home. To my surprise it has more than just great smoothies. There are other awesome things to choose from. I tried the Dragon bowl today and I looooooved it; what I could eat of it. Couldnt finish all so I took it with me. By the time I got home it was totally melted so I put it in the freezer to add it to a smoothie later at home. Weeeellllll.... to my surprise, again, I could just eat it the way it was! I will go back often....THERE REALLY NEEDS TO BE ONE NEAR THE DUNCANVILLE AREA!

Friendly staff and one of the more accommodating Vitality Bowl locations Ive been to. Plus they do a resident discount :) And if youve never been, definitely suggest giving it a try. Healthy yet filling and will leave you feeling good throughout the day and trying fruits you may not experience elsewhere

Originally I thought this place was over priced but now that I’ve visited the other açaí bowl places Dallas has to offer I see now that this place is actually fair for the quality ingredients they offer. You’ll find the same price on bowls that have 1/2 the ingredients if you look elsewhere. However, the staff knows nothing about the ingredients and have left out a few additives I’ve ordered multiple times. I’ve tried it 4 times this far and last time I went I ordered a sirloin panini but received a turkey panini after 25 minutes of waiting.I will be coming back but I’m disappointed in the staff overall.

The Green Bowl was soo good! I was unsure when I saw almond milk, kiwi, and granola, but I was so wrong. Its so good :)

Beautiful environment and great customer service from Todd & the new young lady (didn’t catch her name). Would recommend location to anybody. Todd even remembered my name once i was leaving (30-40) min later!

This would have been a 5 if it were a bit quicker. That was the only downside. I had the vitality bowl and it was delicious. Better value than a similar bowl I had at BerryNaked in Richardson. That one was as good but smaller for the same price. Both places werent quick but it is worth the wait.I will definitely be back here often. Give it a try.Update: came back again and tried the nutty bowl with some blueberries and strawberries on top. So good. Bumped the rating from 4 last time to 5 today. This place is amazing!

Quick and healthy good service!

My first time here and wow!!! So delicious! I’ll definitely be back for more. The prices are understandable since it’s fresh and good quality products! As someone who makes smoothies and is knowledgeable about health I definitely taste the goodness in the bowl I got. (Dragonfruit bowl) not to mention the color is BEAUTIFUL! Lol I’m happy!

I have really tried to give this place a fair chance. I have been here once a week for the past 4 weeks and every time I get my bowl the order is wrong. I pay $15 for a bowl and they leave out half of the items that I paid for. For the price that you pay for these bowls they need to get your order exactly right. Unfortunately we will not be coming back.

Very good but extremely overpriced. Go to any place in California and the bowls for the most part are three to four dollars cheaper. Yes in California!!!! If it was a few dollars cheaper I would go a lot more. Also my oatmeal bowl was half full.

First time here and loved it!

Pricey for what you get. Ordered the Kale salad with sirloin ($15)...had about 3 cucumbers, 4 chopped pieces of celery, and didnt even know it had goat cheese on it. Nothing to rave about it terms of taste either.

I was a little skeptical when I saw the prices but it was so good! I had the sunsation smoothie and turkey pesto panini. Delicious!!!
