This was a really bad experience. The technician was kind of a mess. My eyebrows look a mess. The tint is horrible. They’re uneven. As she was doing my eyebrow lamination & tint she told me about her hand tremors and how she can’t do eyebrow waxing because of it??? But she’s doing my eyebrows??? WTH. I will not be back.

I have gone twice to get the Yumi lash curl, lash dye, and eyebrow shaping from Jennifer and it’s turned out great both times! Great service, fast, good music’ love this place! Thanks Jennifer!

I’m an eyelash virgin and had my first appointment with Jennifer. I booked my appointment with the office manager, Jenna, and she answered all my questions and was so helpful! Jennifer did my ‘Yumi keratin lift and tint’ and I am so satisfied with the results! She was so patient, took her time and explained everything in detail! It was so relaxing, I fell asleep and woke up so happy with my lashes!

I had been going to Andrea for lash lift for years. Despite she was late and cancelled last-minute for a couple time, she was amazing and the price was reasonable. The last time I went in for the service, they switched me to Jennifer without telling me ahead of time because Andrea had a funeral to go to. I was not happy, but Jennifer did a great job.I then tried to book another appointment and I looked for Andrea, who wasnt on the schedule. I texted them and got an answer of Andrea was no longer performing lash lift, but they would check to see if she would take me and let me know. That was almost 3 months ago. I texted in between and nothing. I wouldve booked with Jennifer if Andrea is not available. However, I will not go to a place ignoring my inquiry and not treating me like a valued customer

Had my eyelashes permed and tinted today for the first time! Such a cool process! Andrea was really awesome and made me as comfortable as possible considering I was pretty nervous. Her boutique is a lovely and comfortable space and I will definitely be back!

First of all, Lush is beautiful & spotlessly clean establishment. I usually use Andrea, the owner, but she was out today. I admit I was somewhat anxious using someone else. Jennifer, however, immediately put me at ease and is very personable. She shaped and tinted my eyebrows. She did a meticulous job and I am very pleased. I am 65+ years old and my brows looked like they were becoming thinner. Now, they look like they did when I was I my 20’s. Thanks, Jennifer!

Lush Beauty on Dyer St. takes all COVID-19 precautions to keep you and their staff safe. I was so pleasantly surprised to find this out when I went in for my appointment and it makes me so comfortable to go back for another session. Andrea is fantastic at what she does. I’ve been going to her monthly for a facial since December, and I’ve noticed a definite change for the better in my skin. She’s very knowledgeable about products and really fun to talk to during your service, as well! Salon is clean and well-maintained.

Ive been seeing Andrea for years so this review is long overdue. Without a doubt, there is no one else Id trust my lashes or brows to! Andrea is awesome and she really knows her stuff. Shes a great conversationalist, with a calming presence that puts her clients at ease. Ive been getting lash lifts at Lush for several years and Andreas been great about educating me on how to maintain my results in a way that keeps my lashes healthy and strong. Her lash lifts are the one beauty service Id keep if I had to give up all others!Im also quite picky about my eyebrows (which, for reference, are very thick and can be hard to manage) so I was hesitant to let anyone touch them, but Andrea took that fear away. She really is very talented at what she does as she understands the subtleties of an individuals eyebrow shape and dimension in a non-cookie cutter/one-size-fits-all way. Shell consider what youre asking for, but also give you some objective feedback on why that may or may not be the best choice for you.Additionally, the staff at Lush have always been lovely and have gone out of their way to ensure a pleasant experience each time. Andrea works extremely hard on her space, which is why the interior of Lush is so beautiful and serene.Overall, I highly recommend Lush and Im so happy I found Andrea out of the sea of different lash/brow/spa places in the DFW area. Shes the best and I dread the day she decides to retire or move on!Go see her, you wont regret it.

I have never had the Yumi or Lash treatments but Andreas facial service and scalp treatment are amazing. She has helped me and my wife get on a Sanitas Plan which has eliminated some serious facial inflammation and flaking. Also, the argon scalp treatment has helped me manage chronic dandruff. Honestly the service is medicinal for me and so relaxing. I will be a forever client. Thank you!
