Dr. Cheeks is one of the best physicians you will find. He is very professional and thorough during visits. He listens to his patients and is always genuinely empathetic and caring with me. His office is kind and caring even during super busy days. They have given me excellent care over the past several years. I highly recommend Dr. Cheeks.

They are also very polite and courteous in-person and represent this establishment well. PCP is conveniently located next to two pharmacies which makes getting your prescriptions so much easier. Excellent medical facility. Dr Cheeks in Dallas is a wonderful Doctor Who has the best bedside manner and is very caring and listens to his patients needs. I am a 100% disabled veteran with anxiety, PTSD, and depression. I have been with these guys for years but lately its just not a good place for military folks. I am currently rationing my anxiety meds because Dr. Cheeks was late for the last appointment and now I have to practically beg his front office staff to have him fill the prescription. My anxiety shoots my blood sugar through the roof. I am not attempting to reach out to my endocronologist in hopes of them taking care of something that should have been a routine thing.My meds are filled through e-scripts so it takes longer to receive the meds through the mail. I cannot afford to purchase them locally but I have to do an emergency supply because of their lack of care or concern. I have been working on this current request for 2 weeks and no joy. As I write, I still have no prescriptionI just do not believe the level of concern is there anymore . I like Dr. Cheeks and Carol is awesome but why do I have to go through this? This isnt the way to care for patients .

This is the most wonderful practice Ive ever been to. Dr. Cheeks, ALL of the staff, are so friendly and professional. They really listen and pay attention, and work with you to create a comprehensive plan to get you healthy again! The wait time is about 2 minutes if theyre not busy, 15 if they are. I would recommend them to EVERYBODY. Thank you all so much, I appreciate everything you do. Youre all a credit to your professions.

In the last almost 15 years dr. Cheeks and his staff are by far THE MOST RESPECTFUL and LOVING people I have ever seen in the history of all my doctors.they listen, they love and they care. They treat you like family and I just think it’s something that needs to be known. Primary Care Plus is hands down one of the best primary care offices you could go to. Dr. Cheeks is very knowledgeable, patient and informative. He always has a big smile on his face and will go above and beyond in prescribing the best treatment plan for whatever brings you here. The staff is absolutely wonderful and always on time! You will most likely be getting in and out of time if you come here, its quite amazing how efficient they are! I highly recommend coming here if youre looking for a family doctor!

The office staff is super nice, and Dr. Cheeks is serviceable. Definitely do not recommend Christine - Ive been on the same meds for YEARS never even attempted to raise my dosage or anything. Christine doesnt care about patients, their pain, or mental health. Every time Im FORCED to see her (trust me I would never willingly make an appointment with this woman) she takes me off my medicine because of her personal views. Avoid her at all costs if you are going to need long term treatment.

My appointment went smoothly I might suggest that patients get a reminder to fast if bloodwork is to be done. My appointment was at 4:20 so Im not sure how fasting would be possible. Dr. Cheeks and his staff do a great job.

Baring technical difficulties my visit went very well. The doctor was very cordial and professional.

The staff is great and last year was highly recommended by me. This year I had to cancel an appointment due to my son being in Egleston for a home marrow transplant. I couldnt just leave him alone in that critical time. I wasnt able to get an appointment for an entire month. I explained my situation many times. I needed refills on all my medicines and nothing was done to help. I was put on a wait list in case of a cancellation. I was called 1 week before my appointment. I suffered through so much not having my anxiety and depression medicine or my pain medicine. Dr. Cheeks opened another clinic and now patients, like me, paid the price. Im no longer a patient after several years.

Its really discouraging when your doctor takes you off of medication youve been on for 10 years & leaves you to resort to having to go to the Emergency Room. I have never needed help more, just to be turned away. I asked if I could get my money back & just leave so I can see another doctor, but nope, they have you pay $100+ to take your blood pressure & leave you in the waiting room for 30+ minutes.

Dr cheeks was one of the few doctors in the tricare system for me, I changed doctors once to try a doctor closer and immediately changed back to dr cheeks. He listens to what you need how you feel and makes recommendations based on those things. The most caring doctor Ive ever had. Sometimes he looks tired but still tries his best to put the patients well being first. Highly recommended from me and my family I drive an hour just to go to him. If that tells you anything.

Dr. Cheeks is the first doctor that have sat down with me without rushing to listen to all my concerns and create a plan. I would completely recommend to anyone looking for a new primary doctor.

We had Dr. cheeks before little over 2yr ago left due to new ins. His staff and his self was amazing, caring, and understanding. We (husband and I) came back to Dr. cheeks and we are very unhappy with our current care. The front staff is extremely rude over the phone and overall stuck up in person, it obvious that the back staff and the front staff do NOT get along and can make visits be very uncomfortable. It’s almost impossible to get appointment in a timely manner and they really don’t try to work with your scheduling it’s their way or no way. When you finally get appointment it’s rushed and it’s not very informative in the past 3 months and 4 visit I’ve been seen for an ongoing health issue and the only thing they have done is repeat the same tests they don’t really tell you anything other than there an issue make another appointment to find out what. At the following appointment the same thing happens the only thing they care about and are fast about is collecting their co-payment. Trying to get refills for medication is an overall nightmare!!!!

Although, I have heard Dr. Cheek is a great friendly doctor I have not had the opportunity to see for myself. The staff at his office are terrible. They are not organized and very unfriendly. They will not schedule me an appointment. Every time I call they tell me they will call me when a time becomes available early in the morning or afternoon, but I have never heard a word back after 2-3 times that I have called. Im not sure if Dr. Cheek is just too busy to take on new patients, but even when I showed up in person the two ladies told me they would call me and they never did.

I have been seeing doctor cheeks and his staff for a few years now and let me tell you i love them, they always know who I am and treat me and my 2 year old with the upmost respect! I started seeing him when I was first being diagnosed with sjogrens and was on a roller coaster! Ill never forget how he called me and the pharmacy while he was on vacation just to help me get some relief when I was high anxiety, he has helped me more than any rhemtolgist and currently sees me for my other needs, I have referred numerous people to him and will continue because of his staff and his caring attitude because he genuinely wants to help beyond medication, he has your best interest and for that Im so thankful!

Worse customer service. We can book you an appointment in 2 weeks Really... 2 weeks? oh by the way what Doctor is closed on Thursdays and leaves at 1 on Friday!!! Dissatisfied
