I cant say enough good things about Dr Riddle and White Dermatology. The entire staff from reception to medical assistants to check out are unfailingly friendly, professional and efficient.Ive seen Dr Riddle for a number of years from cancer screening to biopsies to cosmetic things like botox. She is always very straightforward and consultative on what is required and what my options would be.Shes also just very personable and NICE, which is refreshing in a doctor. She makes sure none of my moles are going to kill me, but I could just as easily see myself grabbing coffee with her.Yes they are closed for lunch. Yes you have to schedule a while in advance. But they are also super accommodating if my schedule changes last minute. Its win win.

I have been going to see Dr. Dolan for the past 15 years at least & I wouldnt want to see anyone else. I love her and the office staff! I travel from the Duncanville area to Garland.

Dr Riddle was prompt, professional but real friendly, fixed what was wrong. She took the time to ask and answer questions. Definitely will use her from no on.

I contacted the office one day,and the super nice lady that answered phone fit me in that same day.Dr.Riddle seen me and inspected over real good and confirmed i had cancer.I ended up having 4 types of cancer which required Chemotherapy for several months,Thanks to this Beautiful Dr.she helped me out,and gave me valuble information,for my Journey Im still going to to my Drs visits at Parklands Cancer center.Very loving Dr.s at this clinic and great staff,the Price is very reasonable.God bless these beautiful ladies and their families.❤️🙏😎

Customer for three years. And I asked for a prescription until my next available apt. First Mrs. riddle says yes, then she changes her mind. She said that if I can pass by to pick up my prescription ( which takes me 5mins tops) I can stay for an appointment (20-30 mins always). Wednesday is my only day to pass by and pick it up or for an appt. Because theres no one to cover me at work and theres no one to drop off my kid at school, and my lunch is the same as theirs (explained all of this to them) but they dont care about their patients. The next available appt for me of course its in 20 days. And guess what no prescription to cover untill then. Since i am unable to take a late lunch because theres is no one to cover me at work I have to wait 20 days for an appointment and without my medication. You deserve way less stars than 1 for you quality of service to your loyal customers Christie Riddle.

Very poor service. The doctor/ consultant doesnt do their job effectively. She barely spent 2 or 3 mints and prescribed some medicines which degrades my condition. very had experience.
