I recently became an American Select Health customer and I am beyond impressed by the service. The day I signed up I was assigned an insurance representative, Allen, who I could text at anytime with questions or concerns regarding my plan/account.Before receiving my insurance cards in the mail and also while I was having difficulty accessing my online account, Allen was kind enough to access my insurance cards from my account for me and text me pictures of them so I would be able to give my pharmacy my updated insurance information. He is prompt in responding, polite and always helpful.Choosing the best insurance for me during these times was a simple, painless process and it’s all thanks to Allen. If all of the insurance representatives are as helpful as Allen then you should have no trouble at all choosing American Select Health. The service speaks for itself 👍

I was very impressed with Garrett Thibodaux, he was helpful in breaking everything down and providing me with the best affordable insurance plans that best fit my needs. Had the worst experience ever. Initially started all well. When I cancelled my policy that was offered by LUKE FRANCO then he wasn’t happy at all and the whole mess started. Reason I had a bad experience is because I was trying get the best insurance for my wife due to delivery in Feb. Luke walked me through the process for me, my daughter and all setup through National general. When it was my wife turn I received an error while filling out application as I had to tell Luke I can’t be on the call due to a meeting. He sent me instruction for filling out application. I had to cancel my wife insurance after I talked to Bright Health (very very professional staff) due to out of pocket cost and delivery charges. Because of that I had to cancel mine and my daughter insurance which was through National General (very professional representative). LUKE FRANCO received an email/call that I cancelled the policy and he called me right away. He asked how’s everything going? My response was good meaning error was fixed with the application as I assumed he’s following up on that. Instead when I told him I cancelled my wife insurance as well as mine and my daughter then Luke asked why did you lie that you are good on everything. He argued so much that when I asked to speak to his supervisor then he put me on hold for a sec and came back saying this is Luke how can I help you. That was so unprofessional as he lied, argued and he pretended to be a supervisor. He was threatening me by saying you will be out of insurance or you want to be out of insurance and have to pay out of pocket for all the bills. He hung up after arguing and then I ended up calling again to speak to supervisor. Lady I talked to said she is a supervisor (maybe pretended to be but I hope not) and she tried to calm me down but when I said I will leave a review on google then she stated I wouldn’t recommend that as we take a pride on our company.It’s NOT about the company it’s about people MANAGING the company.I even gave Luke’s contact info to others as initially Luke was all nice so was trying to get him more customers but now those folks won’t be calling this company or Luke Franco.Long comment but sorry had to leave a review as my evening was ruined. I could’ve spent time with my family instead of talking to this guy.

Be sure to use the correct agent, verify the document you are signing. As with all business, if you get a bad agent, you will get bad results. My advice would be to review any policy with a fantastic employee they have there named Sonia. She did not sell me my policy, but she assisted in fixing a problem.

I was recently referred to William Carter by one of my dearest friends to inquire about getting health insurance and to put mildly THANK GOD! This man was wonderful!! I went into this inquiry thinking it was pointless since I have some major pre-existing conditions and felt like no company would cover me or if they did the price would be astronomical but William proved me wrong and did such an amazing job finding me phenomenal coverage at such a reasonable price. I just wanted to say that Luke was very good in finding me something affordable. I had first spoken to him about a month ago and he worked hard at finding me the insurance that would benefit me most. I told him I would be ready to sign up atl the end of October. He was very persistent in calling at that time and went over everything again for me when he got un touch with me. He was very courteous and professional at all times. After I signed up he even made sure to get the date I preferred for auto payment before we hung up!!!!!! I needed health insurance for pre-existing conditions. Connor Lance sold me what he said was a health and dental policy. And it was not a Guaranteed Issue policy. I have 4 policies listed on my account. They do not cover pre-existing conditions and it IS Guaranteed Issue. I have been unemployed since 04/03/2020. I told Connor all of this and all he did was take advantage of my lack of knowledge in this area and lie to me. Now, not only am I out the money, I am also past open enrollment for the ACA AND I cannot get a policy thru the private sector because of my pre-existing conditions!!! You people will reap what you sew!!!
