In person staff is amazing, but I’ve never spent less than 30 minutes on hold when calling, even for a simple question. We still don’t have new debit cards for ours that expired in September, despite 3 emails (I don’t have the time to wait on hold two hours to get a card to use my own money…).

Got a car loan approval email with interest rate set. When loan came through interest rate 2% higher. Would note stand behind there rate they quoted in writing. Been a member for many years with them. Should of stood behind the quote. But no. Not a company of there word. They said vehicle had to many miles for that rate even though they had the purchase agreement with mileage on it before they gave me the quote.

I have had many issues with Advancial one them taking payment giving you a reference number and the payment not being posted. The second issue with them is that they never answer the phone. They dont have a line where you can hold to speak to representative when they are busy, It just automatically says no one is available to take your call leave a message or call back (when you leave a message they do not even call you back) Super upset with this service. If not giving a start was a option i would not give them a star.

I cant wait to pay off my loan and stop doing business with this company. They have some customer service reps that are the worst in the industry, not to mention their 1 hour wait time on the phone. I called and after waiting for over half hour this time , I finally spoke with a rep. Who I Express the concern of seeing the same amount owing on my loan account after 2 consecutive payments. He read what he was seeing on his side about my account . The amount that he read that went towards my principal was less than what I was seeing in my account history. He told me that some of the money went towards fees but that was not reflecting on my side of the account for the customer to see. He didnt even clear up the second to last payment issue that had the same amount owing as was shown for the last payment.I brought up for a second time that the account is showing wrong information- 2 months payments due even when the due date for the 2nd payment is no where close. This has never happened before prior to Nov 3rd, 2019. My loan has been since 2017. The rep started arguing with me, telling me (who has been paying via this method for 2 years), thats how it is because the payment is late, while in a split second ago he said the payment is late after 10days from the due date.(my due date is the 28th) . So whenever I go to my account on the 3rd of the month and chose the option MINIMUM amount due why should I be seeing whats due on the 28th of the COMING month? Someone does not know what minimum or DUE means. The first time I spoke about it this the woman in asset management blew me off and today this man with his arrogance told me off and hung up the phone. I hope someone responds and tell me where to report this company not for for behavioural issue but for lack of transparency in handling peoples money.

I recently aquired a mortgage with Advancial and it was very painful. The customer service was atrocious. I did not feel like the customer in the transaction. The mortgagee was clearly the customer. This is the second loan I have aquired with Advancial in 2 years. Both times the loan officers were not proactive in closing the loan which resulted in several hundred dollars in rate lock extension fees both times. And Im not the only one frustrated about this issue. A friend closed on his loan with Advancial 4 months ago and the same thing happened to him. Days before closing they requested documentation that was difficult to deliver in a timely manner which post-poned closing. It is a manipulative strategy to get extra fees out of the borrower. Also, dont argue with them about real estate because they know everything, even more than your realtor, even more than the internet.
