My 3 kids loved Diana. They were always excited to go and felt like she helped them process the thoughts and feelings they had on their mind. They also did fun activities and worked on building coping skills. She kept in touch with me throughout the process and was always very accommodating when it came to scheduling.

My counselor Diana is great. Very supportive & understanding. I feel she truly cares about me & my situation. I feel very comfortable opening up to her. Even talking about things that are hard to talk about is easier with Diana. I also like how neutral she can be. Showing me two sides of the mirror. With great advice on how to handle things. She is willing to work with you and your busy schedule. Great counselor is all I can say. Thank you Diana.

Diana is the most amazing person Ive had the pleasure of having sessions with for my 2 kids. She has helped out family with finding out what is bothering them and also helped diagnose them. She is very sweet and kind. The way she interacts with the children is better then teachers. She has been a life changer.

Diana is a very compassionate counselor who put my 4 grandchildren at ease. They love having her come to the house where they are comfortable instead of going to an office that is not familiar to them. Any time she has had to reschedule, she notifies me in a timely manner and when we have had to cancel, she has been very understanding and respectful. I would recommend this company for counseling needs!Cathy McElhaney

As hard as it may be to speak about things that hurt us or make us feel uncomfortable, I must say that Ms. Roberta really made it easy to open up and I never felt judged or psychoanalysed by her. In the three months I attended her classes she gave me tools to use in my every day life that have been very useful. The staff was very respectful toward me as well, and as for Ms. Roberta I have grown as a person due to her teachings. Thank you Zoom.

Awful customer service. I called and scheduled a new patient appointment but forgot which day and time I had scheduled it on as they could not get me in for over 3 weeks. When I called to see what the exact time of my appointment was, the receptionist said I was not a patient there. After explaining again that I was coming in for a new patient appointment she said that my name is not in their system. She never once asked for my date of birth or the spelling of my name to make sure it was not entered incorrectly. What a joke.

This is the WORST PLACE IN DFW to work. George is very unprofessional unorganized & very disrespectful. Talks to you as if you one of his children. I am a college educated woman with a degree he wants to pay you pennies to basically come in & fix YEARS & YEARS worth of work that’s been screwed up. He’s a micromanager that hovers over you the entire time you’re there. He is also supposed to offer a rehab services and that is not & has not been available. If you are looking for employment PLEASE PLEASE RUN FAR AWAY FROM THIS OFFICE. By the way he doesn’t hire men because he can’t control them

My Name is Diana Pope, MS NCC LPC LCDC-I, CATP. I have worked for Zoom Counseling for approximately 6 years. Our agency seeks the most committed professionals, who are conscientious to the needs of each client. George, our supervisor, is meticulous in whom he hires. He is willing to give someone a chance to succeed, but if they cannot uphold our standards, no matter the position, they are fairly notified and given well wishes. His discriminating demeanor often brings a bad review, yet, we are willing to accept the disgruntled remark. Those who work for Zoom pride ourselves in giving exemplary service and upholding a standard of excellence rarely found in other agencies. Therefore, we applaud Georges attentiveness, making us better professionals and better for those we serve. Please excuse moniker but in diligence to protect my clients, Ive often testified against individuals who are still a risk to those I counsel. Due to this, I have been stalked, which makes using an alias necessary in a social media format.

After being referred to Zoom by CPS, on behalf of my foster children, Ive spent two months calling and trying to get a counselor to return my calls and set up appointments, but to no avail. Im very disappointed in their lack of communication and their seeming lack of concern for kids from hard places.Update: after I left this review, a counselor contacted me and made an appointment for that week. He arrived promptly and did a great job.

This place is horrible! Once you miss an appointment for whatever emergency you had they call cps and say you were violent and uncontrollable. The counselor got all on my face and screamed at me and still had the face to say I was the one giving attitude. Not only that but she contacted cps and told them I had told her I have the kids with me. This is a horrible horrible place to go to. You go to do your counseling to get your kids back and at the end of the day they make you seem like an unstable crazy violent person just for their personal confort!
