I love Jacqueline Boone, she is so focused on my mental health and well being. I’m very comfortable with her.. she has a warm sincerity about her and her therapy definitely operates in humility.. She has a beautiful and is an all around beautiful person..

I have been trying to schedule an appointment for almost a month. I left a message and did not receive a phone call back until 2 weeks later and was told that the counselor that I requested was not available. I’ve been calling ever since to set an appointment with a different counselor & no one answers the phone! Horrible way to run a business especially one that is meant to help with mental health and stress, if I could give 0 stars I would!

Whomever the Tanisha lady is is EXTREMELY rude and UNPROFESSIONAL.She argued with me about what was sent to my email. Then said my son was basically lucky to have been seen cause I didnt fill out paperwork. I just dont understand how a COUNSELING CENTER has such a rude receptionist. I asked to speak to office manager or someone above her and she told me there wasnt anyone shes The bossIm sure their response will be that they dont have my name on file looking at other reviews. My son comes here also them even stating that is a direct violation of Hippa . As they can not say idlf a patient is or isnt seen here. Dr.Woods is good however this lady is HORRIBLE.

I had a tele-appt with Mr. T. Ko to consult about my ill wife. I sent him an email outlining what I wanted help with. He ignored the email, instead asking his set of pre-formulated questions. Then he offered me one of his books to show my wife. A counselor who is unable to listen ... useless.

I was sent by my heath insurance to Pastoral Counseling Center for test. At first I was apprehensive about dealing with a Christian organization. I met and was accepted for test by a very kind man who was understanding and professional. I am a gay Christian and was not rejected for this. They have helped me to redirect my life for the good. I give God all the praise.

I recently have a problem with the front office and love how the front office manager was able to help me out with the situation. Im really happy I can keep see my “Tabitha Corbin” and keep going with my sections.

The whole process was uneasy. The customer service people in the front office seem to know as much as I do. If you slide a credit card, they keep it on file without our permission to do so and charge whatever bills to the card on file. The communication from Dr. Garrett Woods was like pulling teeth. He did not communicate in a timely manner. It took multiple calls to receive results and there were multiple delays. The entire process seemed disorganized. I think his result finding were inadequate to say the least and a total waste of money and time. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Dr. Woods is an amazing therapist and definitely 5 stars. I have this 3 stars because I had a crisis and called tonight but a very rude AA girl yelled I can’t hear youa nd started off what’s your account number as if it’s just business and no concern for patients. I just hung up on her rude A**. That’s why I’m online tonight leaving a review because sometimes you need to just have a person or outlet. It was unfortunate that I can’t speak to the on call therapist tonight because I really need it. I thought I could do it without Dr. Woods help the past few weeks but it’s proving to be not a wise choice. They also need to fire Bridgette the office manager. She’s very fake and rude. Very unprofessional and doesn’t return calls. She lies about calling back when I have the phone on speaker with my partner about his bill. It took almost two months to clear out his balance. Watch out for her! She’s the main reason I stopped going abruptly. The review below me also mentions the rudeness and I bet my life it was Bridgette.

Only went for one session. Marisol decided to turn me away from care because I wasnt high-functioning. Id tell her something and it was like she didnt believe me, and she kept trying to lead me to say something that she thought to be true (Yes, I do have close interpersonal relationships outside of my parents, Im not sure why you felt it necessary to question that so much or why its so hard to believe).I got a distinct feeling of judgement and was almost immediately dismissed as a lost cause. In the end she refused me care because I had too many co-existing psychiatric conditions, and evidently she thought I was slow (my IQ is rated as superior, for the record...)She was pretty insulting in my opinion, mainly due to her needling skepticism and patronizing manner, let alone the fact that she immediately bounced me as a patient for no real reason. I dont know, I guess people with real problems are outside her scope. Money well spent. Wow.

The counselors here are wonderful! I did have a very negative experience with the front desk but when I expressed my concerns the situation was addressed quickly and professionally.
