I saw Coach Abby for just over a year to help with significant anxiety issues I was having at that time. I was looking for someone who would be able to understand issues having to do with the African-American life experience as well as issues having to do with faith/spirituality. I have been thrilled to learn that Coach Abby has such a multifaceted skill set when it comes to therapy as well as a fantastic perspective in terms of her openness to other peoples stories and experiences. I have particularly appreciated her active listening--she gives me space to figure out challenges when that is the best fit but she also has given me so much great advice. I have been pleasantly surprised that she has not only provided me with great therapy, but also great life coaching. I am not certain that she advertises life coaching as a service or not but it naturally comes as an extension of who she is as a person. Very empathetic, and very kind. I will forever be grateful for the season of being able to work with Coach Abby. I highly recommend her.

Coach Abby is Awesome! She offers a variety of services that are life changing for any and all who utilizes the services. She has assisted me in attaining a greater sense of self value. She has helped to promote personal growth, improved familial relationships, and also provided pre-marital and marital counseling in the past and currently. With her assistance, I am able to salvage family relationships; (mother/father and siblings) as needed, sustain and maintain a happy marriage well after counseling and into the future. This is truly a GREAT investment! The tools and skills learned in her counseling sessions last a lifetime!

Coach Abby was sent from God! She is amazing. Her voice is so calming. You can’t help but to pour your heart out to her. She will make you feel comfortable and safe throughout the entire session. I believe that it’s hard to find a spiritual woman that believes in our Savior! Her hours are flexible and she does phones sessions too. She is all of that and much more. I have already recommended her to so many people. She is the truth!

Coach Abby is an exceptional counselor that has a special way of making you feel comfortable enough to discuss any and everything without fear of facing judgement. She empowers her clients to confront their challenges head on, holds them accountable for their actions and fosters a positive outlook on life! I recommend giving her a call if you’re looking for a passionate, effective and wise counselor!

Robbie is a sweet, soft spoken woman. She has after work availability which was great for us and she communicates easily via text. Sadly, her style is more centered around letting you talk for an hour with no guidance versus coming up with a strategy to identify the issue and fix the problem. We left EVERY session feeling worst and hopeless. It’s was really sad. Therapy is suppose to make you feel hopeful. She did not give us any work, readings or real guidance. The most she spoke was about scheduling the next appointment. Even when we asked for advice, she was unable to give us any feedback or advice. Her strategy is: greetings, how was your week, how are you feeling, how does that make you feel, and then what, how did that make you feel, so you agree with what she said, how does that make you feel, ok what day works for you next week? One hour later. After three sessions ($400), we started a new search for a better therapist that is results-focused. We would not recommend her services. When we never contacted her again, of course she didn’t even check in on us to see how we were doing months later after never rescheduling. Needless to stay, this therapist is just not results-driven which is key in this decade. The experience was equivalent to talking to a friend in a 4 wall room. She was silent 95% of the time and practically invisible sadly.

I have never been to counseling before so I was so nervous before I went to my first session. I have been going for months now and I truly enjoy seeing Mrs. Redmon!! She is wonderful and I truly appreciate what she has done for me as far as just listening, being there for me and guiding me! Definitely recommend!

I can’t even describe how much Coach Abby has been a true blessing to me. (Literally God sent)I asked and had been seeking counseling and she was sent to me. I could write a whole paragraph, but I don’t think google would give me that much space lol. Her knowledge and expertise is and has definitely helped me change the way I see myself and the way I see my life. I’ve learned how to confront my past and move on. I’ve learned how to seeking healing for myself, not others. Most of all I’ve learned how to love me first. One thing I know is that she definitely has a passion for what she does and it shows.
