Ive had no hearing in one ear for most of my life and was told it was caused by nerve damage and it could not be helped. Recently I started having trouble hearing in meetings, so I decided I needed help with the ear I could hear with. I decided on Beltone because they have the reputation of being the best. Im so glad of my choice. It was the most thorough exam Ive ever had and my audiologist, Christie also informed me that I would be able to hear with BOTH ears. And she was right. Im now in a world with stereo sound and really enjoying life. Its so wonderful not asking people to repeat things over and over and Im actually very proud of my hearing aids! Thank you Christie, Jackie and Beltone. They also follow-up with me so very well and make sure that everything continues to go well. First rate experience, people and company.

My mother is 94 and lives in an independent living center. Due to the Pandemic, she has been home (not quarantined, but for her protection) for many months-leaving only for a doctor’s appointment.Her hearing has always been strained but it’s less so with her hearing aid. It’s her “security blanket.”The appliance was broken and with her feeling disconnected from the world already, we had to have it fixed. My brother found Beltone-didn’t know if they could help but we hoped!Just spoke with Jackie at the Forest Lane Beltone location and I can not say how thankful I am that she was able to have my mother’s H.A. Repaired! We thought it might be beyond anything that could be fixed, however she was able to work things out and my mother will hear once again. Thank you Jackie, and thank you to Beltone!

I went for a hearing test (Vietnam Vet) and well over $4000.00 for hearing Aids. Within six months or so, the charging cord would not stay in the charge module. I set them aside, and promptly forgot about it.My wife went for a hearing test, and took the useless charger with her. She was informed by the person at the desk that the charger was a throw away item, and we could purchase another one for $200.I now have $4000 plus of dead ear aids laying in a dresser drawer. I could not begin to recommend Beltone, and I certainly have stopped the many references who have inquired about my ear pieces.Their loss, all for a, “throw-away charger”.Blackie Mitchell
