The receptionist billed me without trying to understand my insurance policy. My insurance policy called the doctors office and explained the insurance policy deductibles and asked for a refund. Weeks after I received no refund. Why does it take forever to issue a refund?I called the office asking for a refund status and the receptionist said shed call back once she gets an update from the billing office. Never called back. Lost all my trust. Terrible business

I had a wonderful experience with North Texas Allergy! Dr. Karamched was incredibly helpful, thorough, and made me feel like she was truly invested in my health and well-being. Happy to have found such a wonderful doctor and practice for my allergies and can’t recommend either enough!

You may be asking why would I want to transfer allergists considering I just got new testing done with your practice in December of 2020. Patient care and grace are HUGE for me. Healthcare providers should care... this is not a transactional business. I was racing to get my shot today and was 4 minutes late due to construction (that I had no idea about until I became stuck in traffic at the exit) at Walnut Hill and 75. I arrived at 3:34... When she responded that I could have come yesterday since shot hours were until 5:30... if I could have made it yesterday I would have! I do not want to be treated by a practice that gives no grace and clearly does not care about my health to make a one time exception to administer a shot 4 minutes behind your schedule. If roles were reversed and patients were this firm and stuck to their appointment time they would never see a doctor.

I love Dr. Safdarian! And her staff is pretty great, too. She works with me, my schedule, and my budget for whats best for me. Her and her staff always help me to feel comfortable, and they try their best to get to know me as a person despite the high level of patients. Honestly, I wish sh were my primary doctor. I wish all professionals in the medical profession were as kind and fun as herself and her staff.

We have been coming to this office for almost 6 months and have been thrilled with our experience. Dr. Crisp has been systematic in his approach and provided us a great path forward. For my 5 year old son, allergy shots have been phenomenal. They have diminished his once unbearable seasonal allergies to a level that no longer requires daily antihistamines. There is almost no more sniffles or post nasal drip even at night! (For my daughter, shots were not necessary and we looked at different antihistamines to provide effective relief). The shot process is very efficient and they validate parking which makes it convenient. They go above and beyond to make the experience pleasant for my son (talking directly to him, numbing spray, candy, snack basket) and after getting over the first time experience, he has never given any complaints or protests about going.

Dr. Sikka and his staff are miracle workers! After a thorough evaluation, testing, and discussion of treatment recommendations, I felt fully informed and ready to begin alleviating some bad allergies and improving my asthma. That was almost 2 years ago and, due to the nature of my severe allergies, I am still undergoing shots (albeit now only monthly). Prior to starting shots, I had at least 3 sinus infections a year and was taking 2 different allergy medicines daily...almost every day of the year. Within a few months of beginning shots, I stopped taking allergy medicine (except on shot days) and have not had a single sinus infection. The entire staff at the Plano location is amazing, caring, and professional. I cannot recommend them enough!

Great office staff. Dr Crisp is very knowledgeable, and has a warm bedside manner. The only improvement needed is on keeping their online calendar accurate for office closing, etc.

Allergies have improved since I started shots in 2009. The doctors and nurses always greet you with a smile and a hello. I have and always will refer my family and friends.

I moved to Texas from Georgia, and for the first year after my relocation, I was miserable. Finally, I visited Dr. Safdarian, who was very thorough and completed a full allergy test for me. Thereafter, I began allergy injections, and my symptoms have dramatically decreased - I can finally go outside again :-).
