The staff inside the pharmacy are so helpful. They go out of their way to make you feel welcomed. I pick up scripts from Safeway for my child and they are so helpful. Erika, Dwayne, Ken and Vibha are welcoming and engaging. Over 5 Stars.The store has a very nice open layout.

The whole staff has been great and helpful every time I visit. Ken has gone out of his way to find me discounts and truly cares about his customers. I highly recommend this Safeway Pharmacy/ Class act!

I have to give this pharmacy and their pharmacists Dwayne and Viba 5 stars for sure! They are not only helpful and knowledgeable but friendly and patient as well. I originally came here to use my Good RX card for my mom’s prescription because it was the least expensive location but I stayed because they go out of their way to help me. When My mother’s medication was unavailable, they found a store in another state and had it delivered and filled for her within the week! The pharmacy I came from would never have done that, let alone with such a good attitude. I brought over all of my mom’s prescriptions. Very wonderful staff!

I am giving Safeway pharmacy a 5 rating, only because of the excellent customer service I received from Dwayne, Lacey and Ken.I would love to see more of them at the store. Whenever there is an issue with my prescription they are able to fix the problem, quickly or inform me what has happened.The new person (female manager) is very curt and has a tendency to speak you as if you don’t understand what she saying. I have never had Lacey or Ken identify themselves as the manager or pharmacist , when I have concerns or questions. They greet me with a “how can I help you”.However, if this new manger/pharmacist is going to be the primary face for Safeway Cheshire Station pharmacy, I am okay with taking my business to another pharmacy.The three of them will address you by name, especially if you are a regular. They make you feel like they are my neighborhood pharmacy.Kudos to the Dwayne, Lacey and Ken, for making my experience at Safeway pharmacy a pleasant experience.
