This place is genuinely a con, not sure how it has so many positive reviews. I came in here during a dental emergency in need of care, after not being at the dentist for over 8 years. I have dental insurance which covers $1500 of my dental procedure (a root canal in this case) which Cleveland Smile Center told me I need to pay for the remainder of out of pocket on the same day of service or they aren’t going to be able to treat me. This is the same place that says if I don’t “confirm” my appointment they’re going to charge me $150. $150 for not confirming, not even for missing an appointment. Not to mention it took me three or four times to call on the phone and get an appointment. I went above and beyond to try to get an appointment because I NEEDED CARE, and this place just took advantage. Cleveland Smile Center obviously cares more about money than treating the patient. I called Aspen and another local dentist, both of which bill your insurance and then send you a bill that you can pay monthly, like it should be to receive dental care. Thanks for wasting my time and embarrassing me. Not everyone has thousands of dollars laying around to pay for a procedure out of pocket. I recommend aspen or valley dental over this place. Much more professional and actually cares about the patient.

Dr. Sam and Michelle were so amazing! To be honest, everyone was really great - even the receptionist who checked me in. They all treated me like a person and not just a patient. Everyone was very nice to talk to, engaging, and really upbeat. I also liked how thorough they were and they communicated very clearly pricing and how insurance works with various services. I felt very taken care of and very informed. This significantly reduced my anxiety and it’s nice to feel informed. And Michelle worked so carefully to not hurt me, which I very much appreciated ☺️

So far I am happy. I have two things that cause anxiety around dental: 1) paying the bill and 2) discomfort of the numbing injection.I hope that I get back on track (again) and continue to nurture this relationship with dentist office. EDIT: I went back to Cleveland Smile Center and had the best experience. For getting a root canal, it was still a great experience! Everyone in the office was pleasant and took the time to tell me what the costs etc.. were going to be, which I appreciated so much! Looking forward to going to my follow-up!

One of the best dentists I’ve been to in my life. All of the staff is personable and friendly. They do a fantastic job of trying not to hurt you and making sure everything is comfortable. And the head dentists is a stand up guy, real pleasure to be around.

The staff were friendly, prompt and courteous as well as professional. All my options were discussed with easy to understand rhetoric. Definitely will recommend Dr. Glick and the Smile Center to my friends and family. Give them a try you won’t be disappointed.

They are very fast and do amazing and thorough work. I never relized how much plaque was on my teeth! But they made me feel comfortable and were very informative!

I am VERY particular about my dentist and it took me 20 years to branch out to find one local to me. I am very pleased with the staff and Dr. Nate. I’ve had horrible teeth from childhood on and not once did I feel judged in the chair. That really means a lot to me and I can’t wait to continue my dental journey with them!

I went in to have a filling replaced. They did a ton of other work that I didnt request, in addition this work was done by the dental assistant and not the actual dentist. This was all done while I had a job and insurance, I paid the amount due at the time of service and that was that.Then one month later I receive a $1200 bill, mind you I lost my job at this point so I have no method of payment. I tried to explain the situation, the woman on the phone was incredibly rude.So I file for bankruptcy and add this bill to the list, and they continue to harass me even though at this point it is in a violation of my bankruptcy. My lawyer calls and then some woman yells at him and proceeds to send my bill to collections.I went in to have a filling replaced. They over charge and harass me, I will never let anyone go here.

I’ve been a patient of all of the Drs. Glick (Syd, Dan, Fred, Sam) since my first dentist visit over 40 years ago. Yesterday my front tooth broke and Dr. Sam’s office in Cuyahoga Falls got me in right away! My front teeth look even better than before the break and Q treated me like I was her number one priority. She has the sweetest bedside manner and worked well with Dr. Sam.Dr. Sam certainly lives up to the talent and professionalism of his predecessors!

The staff are super friendly. Lisa greets you with a warm welcome and is super friendly. My dental hygienist Erin was also super friendly and very knowledgeable and professional. Erin did a awesome job on my teeth and gums :) Dr. Glick was also very friendly and helpful on helping me make my smile even better. I really felt comfortable here and happy with the amazing service. I also want to say I got fitted for a night guard by LaQouya (Q) who was also super friendly and amazing as well 😄😄😄

I’ve been here multiple times for cleanings and work in my mouth... but today was the most dreaded day of them all, wisdom teeth removal. I came in very nervous, like most people would be. By the time I got into the room and sat down all of that feeling was gone. The staff that works here is truly amazing and they do a great job calming you down and getting you ready. They are quite people persons. The drugs obviously helped too! It was honestly one of the easiest experiences I’ve been though and would highly recommend for any of your dental needs!

Cleveland Smile Center is an amazing office. Dr. Glick is a great doctor with a superior staff. This office is a one stop shop: Fantastic dental work. From root canals, composite fillings, oral surgery including dental implants. Every dental need is available at this office. The second best thing, derma fillers!! Botox and filler for lips! AMAZING!!!!

Im so terrified of dentists that I was crying on the phone just to make the appointment. Threw up twice before arriving for my appointmnt.. When I arrived for my appointment, i was still crying. Thats how terrified I was. Was about 10 minutes into appoinmnt that I finally stopped crying.. The young lady taking care of me, made it not so bad. Her and Dr Sam both went over what needs to be done. They seem very compassionate. Will definitely let others know they need to go here. Still terrified, i will be back (with my stuffy for security).

I had a situation and called late in the day, and they scheduled me in for the next morning!! The entire staff is friendly and helpful. La’Quoya was very professional and made me feel at ease. Dr Glick took time to explain everything to me and take care of what needed done today. Lisa was very kind and explained what insurance will pay and went the extra step to print me out explanations. The BEST office i’ve been to. i was having issues with my original orthodontics office who did my braces, and Dr.Sam did a consult and offered to take them off for me. He was so flexible and so kind. I have a lot of anxiety when it comes to any dental work, but he and his team did so well at making me feel so comfortable. Thanks to them, my smile looks amazing and i feel so confident. The entire staff is polite and personable, which is what you’re looking for when they’re doing work in your mouth. I highly recommend this office.

I did have to wait awhile to get seen but to be expected at any medical office. I was seen by Dr. Sam & Maria and both were very kind and patient. They explained everything to me through the process and were super helpful. I enjoyed the experience as much as you can considering I was at the dentists.

Found the Cleveland Smile Center as I broke a tooth in the middle of Covid and at 7pm on a Monday evening Dr Sam answered the phone when my husband called and made time for me the next day. 2 days later I was getting it fixed. Since then I’ve returned for more work I knew I needed done but never found a dentist I liked to work on me. Dr Sam has now seen my daughter and will be seeing my son in 2 weeks as well. He doesn’t judge, he understands and he cares, which means so much to me when he is helping my kids. I finally found my dentist as I can’t say enough about the entire Portage Trail staff - everyone has been amazing! Thank you for making me want to smile!

My first time back since the shelter in place order. Office was clean. No wait time for my appointment. Treated with kindness and gentleness. My procedure was handled excellently.

We became patients about a year ago when our previous dentist sold the practice to retire, and I have become increasingly displeased with the new management.The focus in this office is very clearly on cosmetic dentistry and making money, where previously it had been on oral health and bedside manner. Im not saying the new staff cannot clean your teeth adequately, but suddenly hygienist are trying to upsell me teeth whitening and there are signs all over offering extra services. It felt like going through a drive through and being asked if wed like fries with our meal.Also, scheduling became a major problem. The hours are all over the place (some days open from 8-3, others from 12-7, randomly closed in the middle of the week, one day the are only open for 4 hours). If you call the number provided by Google, it is unclear which location you making contacting them about an appointment or problem difficult at best.Finally, the straw that broke this camels back, EVERY SINGLE ONE of our appointments was rescheduled at THEIR request. Every time this happened with 48 hours of the appointment. At this point its was too late to change work schedules, meaning we would loose money for 2 days of work instead of one for each appointment. Then rescheduling would be made difficult, bc as stated above the office was difficult to contact and the hours are extremely limited.This is beyond frustrating. We will no longer be patients here.

So disappointed made an appointment and it was canceled bc I did not call and confirm my appointment. When scheduling the appointment I was not told I had to do this. Rearranged my work schedule and everything to have this appointment. This has happened to 2 other people in my family and friend group. Will not be going back!
