There is no way all of these 5-star reviews are legit. What an insane experience...1) Groupon discount pricing for a couples massage was an absolute lie and no different from regular pricing.2) COVID precautions are basically non-existent. They took our temperature so quickly that there is no way they could have gotten an accurate reading and did not ask any questions about symptoms or exposure.3) The massage beds were covered in cheap linen, the floors were cold tile, a paper towel was on top of the headrest where our faces were, and initially there was no music playing while we were preparing. The room looked more like a doctors office than a spa.4) We were on the bed for about 10 minutes, listening to the employees have a loud conversation in the lobby and could hear every customer that came through the door.5) after disrobing and getting under the sheets, one of the people came into the room and made my topless partner pull out her phone from her bag to show her the Groupon again.6) the massage finally started and they put a song on loop for the entire hour. There was never a discussion about pressure or prior injuries or preferences.7) my masseuse decided to leave the room TWICE in the middle of the massage without warning or explanation, once to have a conversation with another customer that I could hear. There was no way I got an hour long massage.8) the massage ended with them patting me down with a rough, damp towel.9) my partner still tipped them more than 15% when we left, handing the money to one of them, and she had the gall to ask, is this for both of us, and then gave us a dirty look when she said yes.All in all, this was easily the worst and most unprofessional massage experiences I ever had (and Ive had some bad ones). I was in such disbelief at how ridiculous the experience had been that I started laughing as we were walking out the door. I will never step foot in that place again.

Very bad massage I just waste my time and my money last time I will be there they change a lot before they have good massage and no not anymore they don’t know how to do a massage and the person who did massage for me the masseuse her hand is very tight the mechanic and is more softer and her head and I asked the reception please if you have a good masseuse let me know if not it’s OK she say no I can’t find you one good and they asked me for a legal touch

Place is clean and well lit as previous reviewers stated.I gave a 10% tip for services rendered.As I was leaving they asked nicely to give 22% tip on top of the cash tip. I refused and then the front desk clerk took out my receipt and insisted a 22% tip.I refused and then someone from the shop walked in and both the desk clerk and massage person got quiet and I left.I tip accordingly for services rendered. Not get strong armed after a relaxing massage. I left more tensed.It’s a shame. I kind of liked that place.

I can’t remember last time I relaxed into a massage this much. I will definitely ask for Amber next time, too; she showed a natural affinity both to comfortable silence, and both reading and working with skin, muscle, tissue, tense or not, that inspired cooperation and the soothing surrender of being in good hands.

Were pleased with 360 Massage. Definitely one of the better Asian massage places. Dont let the very small and stark lobby put you off. The rooms have high quality massage tables, are clean and appropriately lit, and have nice hooks for hanging your clothes.My masseuse was the proprieter; she did an excellent job with just the right amount of pressure. My wife said her masseuse did a good job, especially on her feet, but Was disappointed because the masseuse used no oil on any other parts of her body. (Mine did.)Well be back for sure.

Avoid if you want a proper massage.They match group on prices so you dont need to buy a Groupon.Ive been going here for over a year and the overall quality has gone down the drain.AmbienceThey have a 6-7 rooms , where they play repetative relaxing music. No candles/essence. They share walls with a restaurant so the music needs to be loud enough to cover the TV volumes from next door.Massage therapistsI think theyre mostly untrained and uncertified. Im really hesitant to go here nowadays.Theyre told to follow a bunch of basic steps which they tend to rush through without much care for quality.I know theyre decent priced, but I want a massage , dont want someone just rubbing oil on me. They are unwilling to,1. Ask if theres an area youd like to focus on2. Change (increase) pressureI was told they cant add more pressure because a basic massage doesnt include it. But they dont tell you about it earlier. The Groupon specifically says pressure can be adjusted.Tl;dr- there are better places around, avoid if you can.

The place is very clean and well lit. The receptionist younger lady is sweet and very polite. The 60 minutes massage was very good and the atmosphoere of the place was exceptionally relaxing. I will return agian soon.

Found this place through Groupon, and I found their massages to be very thorough and complete. They were very responsive to specific requests like using more strength or focusing on particular areas.Afterwards, they werent shy about asking for a tip, haha. Its run by mainland Chinese, so it helps if you also speak Mandarin. Theyre willing to negotiate package deals with you too...

They just finished the remodeling the whole place and it is clean and well lit. Sometimes I get lost in public places but not in this shop, it is just one straight hallway. The massage therapist knows her way to knock out all my knots and I will come back for sure!

One star for decoration, the environment decoration is basically okay, (the space is too small) It makes people mistakenly believe that body massage will be better and more comfortable than normal foot bath. But the master of the massage is not good, and he does not care about the feelings of the guests. The massage is unstable, and the speed of pressing is uncomfortable. The master must be reminded to slow down. She pressed the scribble at the end of the trip and put a hot towel on my back. I said it was too hot and she did not pick it up immediately. I used this hot towel to wipe my arms and back very hard. I told her that it would hurt a little. Her reaction was to say that it hurts.
