I am with Dr.Aradhana Kar for sometime and very happy with the approach and treatment she offer . She has a very good patience to listen to your concerns . I am very happy with my Primary care Physician . All the staffs are also very caring and they do a very good follow up .

My whole family has been seeing Dr J for over 9 years now. We have always been very well looked after. The support staff are professional and helpful and Dr J is awesome, just the right balance of care and concern. We would highly recommend this practice.

Her office called before the virtual appointment to confirm current medications, etc. Received text from the doctor about 20 minutes after my appointment time (waiting = some things never change lol). The link worked well and she was able to diagnose me based on my symptoms. Waiting for the pharmacy to have my Rx ready. If the diagnoses was correct and the Rx works, I’d say not having to haul 25 minutes across town in the middle of the day was worth the virtual appointment.

Dr. Jalilie is very responsive both virtually and in-person. She responds quickly (usually within a day) to emails through the app and when my phone wasn’t working correctly for our virtual appointment, she and the Blue Hills staff quickly found other ways to make our virtual appointment work. She never rushes me as a patient and listens to any questions I may have, then answers them thoroughly.

Needed an appointment during the COVID-19 crisis for an unrelated issue. Called at 9am, remote visit agreed for 10:45 same day. Got a call 10 minutes before to setup the remote video visit. Worked great. And dr Jalilie was as always very friendly and (more important) very helpful.
