I have been in the care of Dr. Wu and his team for almost 20 years. They have massively improved my allergies that used to wreck me. I have gone in for debilitating back pain which could not be be fixed by anyone else, and was able to walk out on my own. They have been a beacon of hope and efficacy throughout my adult life. We had 2 insurances and they still wanted us to pay ahead as a cash customer then they claimed insurances. They didnot claim correctly, provided us with wrong information that we had to submit the claims ourselves. I spent so much time to submit the claims and found out they need to submit the claims. They said they submit the insurance claims as a favor for us!!!! Then when they received all the payments from insurances they still do not send us back our advance payments. It came to the point my daughter almost gave up getting back our payment, until we decided to come to their office and demand to get our payment back OR we are ready to sue them. Dr. Wu seems kind and professional but Jane, the office manager and the whole staff are extremely unprofessional, overbooked. My daughter always had to wait for at least 30 minutes to 1 hr to be treated. If you are looking for trouble in your life, come to this office!

I have known Dr. Wu for about 18 years. I initially went to him for chronic asthma which went away after several visits. Yes the tea is bitter but a small price to pay!...About five years ago I was scheduled to have my gallstones removed. I was there for something else and mentioned it to him. He said not to do it and to let him help me since he had helped a patient in China with a similar problem. So I cancelled the surgery and had no more gallbladder attacks! He is one of the top acupuncturists in the country and I can see why.

I have known Dr. Wu for many many years. He helped a most dear friend who suffered from cancer live years longer - this was a combination of Western and Eastern medicine. Dr. Wu works in the field of Eastern medicine. Because of his approach, my friend could qualify for - and withstand - the various Western cancer treatments. Maybe this is not a popular way to view medicine, that Eastern and Western can work together, I do not know. I just know that my friend lived longer. You are more likely to recover if donate your money to the church and just pray that God will cure you somehow.I went there with some stomach pain and Dr Wu diagnosed me and stated that its because in the year I was born Saturn didnt quite align with Earth so I have a weak stomach.....????? Before I left he span a crystal over my wrists and concluded I can cure you after a few visits. If this isnt pseudoscience then I dont know what is.

I had retina detachment surgery, after which I had distorted macular(center of retina). I see straight horizontal line as waved. Dr. Wu gave me needles and it improved right away. Amazing ! Its impossible, according to retina specialist. Acupunture is activating your own internal recovery system, Dr. Wu explained to me. I am not claiming it is fixed. But it is amazing at the very beginning, and hopeful down the road!
