If I could give this place zero stars I would my therapist brandi cancelled me out several times on occasion and I had to keep rescheduling, I missed two appointments that I didnt remember about and they sent me letters telling me to find another place to talk to someone. I called the mental health manager and when I talked to him about their policy and how the therapist wasnt doing her job correctly he got smart with me and said well its our policy and gave me facts, yes its your policy but its also your employees job to help someone if there having issues, they have no idea how to help people with mental disorders and they just repeat the same questions back to you until the sessions are over my therapist brandi didnt even try to help me solve my anxiety disorder so I have to do it on my own. Thanks for all your help but no thanks

Awful. They do not care about the patient. Just does what is easiest & benefits them most.

Unfortunately, I did not receive your mailing until after the 23rd of March. In fact it was on the 26th to late to sign up for the class. Thank the Baltimore postal service for that .

These people absolutely amazing. The work they do is even better. The care that they put in to getting you a smile back. Or just fixing your teeth. I know they are a little backed up due to just opening back up. They do have a sliding scale fee for extractions and other things as well. They dont try and do only one tooth per visit like hyndman and bedford. Just so they get to charge a sitting fee. On top of that the dentist at the health dept had to go back and fix where bedford took 15 minutes i was in and out of the chair.. Talk about a waste of travel time and money im sorry that is just plain wrong. They should try and do how ever much they can do in that hour. Just as the health dept does. They take much better care of there patients then hyndman or bedford. My opinion and my experience. Thank you for reading this to.the end. God bless

0 stars. This place suck. They don’t take blame for their actions when they are wrong. The supervisor for Maryland physicians care (Aaron) kept pulling his “facts” out of no where and got very smart with me. Would not recommend

No professionalism. Very overstaffed however value of patients time is non existent. I think they have forgotten that they provide a paid service. Keyword service. A few therapists need some work on their social and interpersonal skills. Talk to patients as if they are uneducated. Alot of speaking to patients in complaisant, superior attitude.

Great friendly employees. Very helpful business. I have nothing bad to say about this business.
