24 Hour Home Care is a wonderful agency. They have lots of clients so many opportunities for work. The care managers I have dealt with are professional, friendly, and treat me with respect. I would recommend this agency to any caregiver looking for a new agency. You clock in and out using the app and they always send detailed care notes before I visit a client. Im currently a college student and this job is great for when you are in school b/c they understand that I cannot always work but they know I will pick up shifts when I can.

I had my caregiver to complete an application. She informed the team she will be working with my family. I had to leave town due to family passing and they assigned my person to another family to work full-time. When I returned she was bouncing back and forth and I finally told her to stay with the family she been working with. I have not been referred anyone to work with us for years. I am a single mom two children and need the support. When I finally found someone 24 hr placed her with another family. I was told she can still work with u. When and how? There is always an issue with my care providers being paid. Today my friend who helps me says now she has to be Vaccinated. Now do I lose her?

24Hr HomeCare to the rescue!My mother was hospitalized for several weeks due to a bad fall. She was sent to a rehab facility and schedule for discharge Friday afternoon, well, the rehab facility called me late Wednesday morning and informed me she was being discharged in a few short hours. I was at work and started panicking. My cubical buddy overhead my conversation and mentioned his family was currently using a caregiver from 24Hr HomeCare.I called 24Hr HomeCare and spoke with Jeff. After explaining the situation, he told me an urgent discharge was something they dealt with all the time. He was able to have a caregiver at the facility by the time my mother was discharged, Jessica was a blessing. My mother can be very difficult needless to say, Jessica was able to win her over. My siblings and I joke around that our mother loves her more than us now, but shes truly a gem. Shes uplifted my mothers spirits, whipped her home into shape ad monitors my mothers daily activities. Its unbelievable what this company can do and Im eternally grateful for what theyve done for my family. Thank you to the Culver City staff, I highly recommend 24Hr HomeCare. A+++

The staff at 24Hr HomeCare is professional and friendly and promptly responds to phone calls. They have assisted WRC in finding support for a number of challenging cases and they are always available to confer with and discuss the needs of the families. 24Hr HomeCare has filled a much needed void in helping families find trained and prepared staff when families don’t have their own provider. I also appreciate that they are community minded and committed to supporting the regional center and frequently partner with us and other vendors in fundraising and community events.

My aunty recommended me. I have worked with them since Sept 3rd for the Culver city office. Hiring process was quick and easy. Shifts are from 4-12hrs long, pay is great, employees are friendly, clients are usually very nice. I recommended my sis and she is working here to but for the Pasadena office. I only wish theyd expand to Palmdale. Other than that they are great.

I love that they give back to the community! In such a densely populated industry, where every company says that they “care”, it is refreshing to see 24Hr HomeCare put their money where their mouth is. As a client, they let you select a charity or foundation from their list which they will donate to on your behalf. I have been a client of 24Hr HomeCare for three and 1/2 years. I have nothing but positive feedback to report:1. The agents are pleasant and knowledgeable,2. I am working with Eric now and he fulfills my needs and makes sure that the caregivers and CNAs that he sends to work with me do also. He also tries to fit their personalities to mine.3. My ladies are prompt and can anticipate my needs. One of there main tasks is to keep me safe from falling. I feel very comfortable that they are performing their jobs. Eric Netzel has really been a big help to us. He was able to find a care giver for my son who is disabled that has worked out really well. He was very quick and efficient getting someone set up for us and we are very pleased.

My experience was not GOOD. They invited me to meet with Katherine. I took time off from work, went to 5901 Green Valley #470. Yuk. What a hot ass mess. Thr customer service department is a oprn space with no room to breathe, no reception area. Hot, stinky and cluttered. No thank you. You just wasted my time ERICA.... My intentions were good but your process was bad. Unprofessional setting.

I am Completely and Utterly disappointed with the handling of information needed from 24HrCares to me, a former employee, simple and Honest communication between this office and another agency when asked for BEFORE it was needed, and now bypassing said dates simply Unprofessional, disrespectful, I have others words, but I will not use.Sometimes, we need to do some investigating into how the company is ran and how situations are taken care of before we Really try to work for that company.Deeply Dissapointed
