Dr. Tomita has been my dentist for the last 10 years. My very first visit to him was a dental emergency and his office was closed undergoing remodeling repairs. He went above and beyond to open his office for a patient hes never met before to assess the damage and alleviate the sever pain I was under. -- He takes great care in his work and is extremely professional. Ive never had any issues with the crowns/fillings hes installed (unlike past dentists). Hes mindful of my low tolerance to pain and has offered various options to help minimize my discomfort. And lastly, hes never tried to up-sell teeth whitening services to me, unlike my past dentist who seemed more concerned about the color of my teeth than the overall condition of my teeth. -- The office is clean and nice. His staff is professional and friendly. And his office manager Liz is the best! Shes helpful with reminders, experienced in navigating dental insurance companies and always takes the time to answer all of my questions or concerns.

Very bad customer service. When I called to schedule the appointment I asked them to check whether the doctor was in the network and therefore gave all my insurance information to really make sure. They told me it was, I went all the way to the clinic and asked to check again to really make sure. It took them a long time and meanwhile they wanted to start. When I said I wanted to wait, finally got the answer that the doctor was not in the network and I needed to pay a copay. I had to leave. It really felt scammy to me not to mention that it was a great waste of time. I really hope it was a misunderstanding from their side but honestly I don’t believe so.
