My mom has been a patient of this practice for several years now. I usually schedule and come with her to all her appointments. The Dr.s are great, although it’s just a shame the staff can be so rude and condescending. I’m sure who ever does the hiring expects the face of their practice/establishment represent them with grace, politeness, maybe some kindness, or at the very least professionalism and manners.Working in the medical field myself for almost 20 years now. What I know is that in this profession where ever it is that you seek medical care. Is that you should feel comfortable and safe. Not, bullied and made feel unworthy of getting an appointment. It seems they are always to busy to hear the reason why you are calling and annoyed at the very fact of just answering the phone at all. I have been hung up on multiple times, in the middle of a conversation. Instead of helping, they make any situation worse creating more stress and anxiety. You could be having a heart attack and they’d make you feel like you are inconveniencing them. How can the Dr.s treat you and potentially save your life if you can’t get passed the over entitled front desk??????,,,,,,, RIDICULOUS!

The staff is very rude! I have been going there for the past few years started with my son until he passed away four years ago. Started out seeing Dr. Gonzalas and then I decided I’d rather see a female Dr.I called four weeks ago asking if Jennifer could write a letter stating that I don’t feel comfortable with taking the COVID shot due to my history of allergic reactions to several medications, oils and procedures that I have bad reactions to. My right as a human being and my right to say no. I know my body better then any doctor or nurse. I am very knowledgeable in the medical field and how dare they refuse to right the letter knowing that one of the side effects with the shots is palpitations which I get very often.I also requested a call back, from Dr. Gonzalas or Jennifer.

I hate this practice. Left several years ago. I see continued comments about the front office staff. Its widespread throughout the medical profession. Must be a requirement to be rude, uncaring and nasty to the patients. Never again. STAY AWAY!!

I absolutely love this place. Their services and hospitality makes you feel very welcome. I have been a patient for a long time and have recently starting seeing Dr Ekperi. She is so awesome, caring, and spends the time to listen. The office staff is very kind, the nurses work hard too and are very helpful as well. They all make a really great team, work well together and provide a wonderful and caring service!

Horrid. I dont leave these but the lady that picked up just told me when I said I had to bring my kids she said do you want the appointment or not. Soooo rude. I thought this was uva medial and it wasnt. Could totally tell the difference. Very sad. Doesnt need to be answering calls and talking to patients who are sick and or worried about what they might be dealing with and she doesnt make you feel comfortable at all

I’ve been going here for years and love it. I see Dr. Gonzalez. Sometimes it’s hard to get in with him but he is worth the wait!

Dr. Jennifer Herdman is wonderful, very helpful & caring. The front desk staff needs major customer service improvements! Very rude leave you on hold for 20-40 minutes just to try to make an appointment & once you get through just very rude!

Dr. Babar failed to renew my asthma inhaler after repeated calls from Walgreens and myself. As a result, I used my last puffs and have been unable to clearly breathe for past few days. Dr. Babar works half days on Friday and she and her staff did not refill my inhaler prescription. Really?! NP Robyn Halsey was awesome! Her caring attention got my asthma under control. Dr. Babar is the worst physician Ive been treated by in 50+ years.

I agree with the first review. Also when I call to inform the doctor about a symptom and need an appointment I leave a voice message with the Doctors nurse but, I dont get a call back. Week later a nurse called me and I explained the medial situation again. She said I will send a message and I still dont get a a call back. Thenl a week later, I call back again I speak to the appointment line and I mentioned that I called. I am being explained there is nothing in the system that I have called or that some left comments. Dr. Gonzalez, Dr. Connie are very professional people.

Knowledgeable Doctors and Friendly staff. My only complaint is the wait time you will have when calling in. The hold time is TOO LONG and when you are sick the last thing you want is to leave a message to be returned by the end of the day.

Literally no one at this facility wants to do their job. You can leave multiple phone calls and never get replies, never be able to set up appointments, and you just get rude reception when you go into their practice. Steer clear of this facility.
