Wellstone is one of the best Dr I have been to all the people are super nice and Dr Kahn is a wonderful Dr listens sends medicine into pharmacy all in all I would recommend this place to anyone thanks to you all Bradley Story Diann wrong name on top

The staff is generally very professional and nice. We have had some disagreements but for the most part they are just doing their job. I enjoy the groups and the instructors as well as the classes. There seems to be a little bias as to when and why people get drug tested but for good reason. Romulan, Alicia and Angela have been nothing but good and understanding with me. I disagree with not being able to drink alcohol but they consider it a substance and are just doing their job.

I was forced to go here from a doctor who knew I couldnt comprehend my past and couldnt talk to people. My therapist felt like a mom to me. A better one then the one Im stuck with. My mom took my therapist away.

This is the worst place to for help. They rude and obnoxious. They treat people like dirt to be walked on. Scare them in to believing things that just are not true in order to control them. The entire staff should be fired and replaced with people who are educated kind. People that actually have principles and morals. Because the staff that is there now is far from having principals morals and a solid education and background in the mental health treatments and care. The good employees never last long there...They leave quickly. They realize how horrible that place really is. Clients need to be treated with respect not degradation.hateful. All their to do is get a check. They should fire the whole staff and get compentwell educated people

Probably wouldnt be near as bad if it wasnt for the main office of the place having problems with how phones work. I like my therapist and the help I receive, but its hard when the ladies in building one dont seem to care much about anything. You cant get ANYONE to answer the phone, so if you need to reschedule anything, good damn luck. I guess Ill have to go up in person, AGAIN. I already have enough going on in my life, thats why I go here, and I shouldnt have to go out of my way to be certain that the people supposed to help me actually are.

Poor excuse for management.The company snitch runs everything,or thinks she does.Be careful IF you are considering applying for a job there.Im speaking from experience here.Nobody stays very long if the snitch doesnt like you or your opinion differs from hers.

Misdiagnosed here they tried telling me that I had schizophrenia and bipolar they put me on a number of medications so much that I couldn’t function thanks to them I will never get back what I lost in life.. they are very unprofessional and rude they do not care about you they care about the money they bring in worst excuse for a mental health facility.

I find that the psychiatrists and nurse practioners are helpful. I dont find, however, the therapists to be beneficial and really help you identify the root of your problems. I can also never reach anyone on the phone. Usually I have to go up there or send my husband up there. If I leave a message, 9 times out of 10, they will not return your call.

I dont even know where to begin. If you are mentally Ill and trying to find treatment, this is NOT the place to go.

You know, I cant even honestly post a review about the place because I havent even been there yet.... I havent been there yet because I can NEVER get these people to answer their phone. When I finally do get ahold of an operator, they transfer me to someone else, who once again NEVER answers their phone. 3 days and 2 voicemails left, I still have yet to even make an appointment for my son.

This place is the most unprofessional place I have had the displeasure of dealing with in my life. This is the only psychiatrist help I can find in Cullman. I have attempted to use this place; over the course of 15 years time, a total of 3 times. Each time, I was promised actual help due to different workers or new management. I left there today and will NOT return.

Needed help with a few things in my life and all I got was no,no,no and we cant do that said I had an appointment last January wasnt even living in Alabama then. There is no help in Alabama period unless you are doing drugs cant wait to leave

Mandy is actually terrible. Never switched psychs faster.

Honestly....im not sure how some professionals here got passed their undergrad.
