They have the best customer service I have encountered out of all the gyms I’ve been to(LA fitness, crunch, snap fitness, planet, many more). They have the most amenities for the best price and their facility is always clean. I’ve been going here for two years now and it’s made my life easier and my fitness goals come true. The Manager does not only have a great physique, but he is also very knowledgeable, kind, and runs his facility very well. I hate to give chuze such a good review because I want them all to myself, but they deserve it.

I love this gym. It is a great place to get a workout. Staff are very nice and helpful and respectful. It is packed a bit but that just means it’s that good.

I am so happy my gym is fully open now I’ve had the best experience here better than planet fitness my old gym everyone is so nice and friendly even helpful when I had questions and the smoothie bar is open now 😩💕 definitely love the chocolate frosty and I appreciate that they add a little more chocolate because I ask thank you everyone! I am proud to be a more member 💕 although you guys close early on the weekend 🥺💔 I definitely understand and I’m glad they respect their employees like that! Love you guys✨ best gym ever!!!!!

Very friendly and helpful staff. Very clean facility. Very affordable pricing models. Only downside to this particular location is that it can get incredibly crowded. Otherwise no major complaints. Would definitely recommend if youre an early morning gym person when there are fewer people.

Although I’ve only been a guest at this gym, I love it. It is very clean and has wipe stations everywhere, there is a big variety of different machines, and the staff are all super nice and helpful. I gave the gym a 4/5 because the only thing I wish is that you’d let 15 year olds come in by themselves (with a membership of course). If that’s possible please let 15+ come in by themselves, because I don’t have somebody to stay with me the entire time. Overall, amazing gym. Highly recommend.

The gym itself is fine, great equipment selection, nice staff, lots of cleaning supplies. The bad part is this place is over over crowded, they should sell anymore membership. Ive walked in and every single piece of equipment was occupied, few broken machines

-Gym facility, is great, new equipment distribution is good, lockers everywhere shower and dressing rooms, pool sauna, steam room, hot tub, hydro massage area activities. This is good.-Staff members are great, always welcoming with a great attitude.-NEGATIVE; I believe that the affordability of the membership damages the brand. The use of sauna, pool and steam room is controlled by a buzz access door, literally people waits until a member with this membership opens the door to get in. We basically pay for them to use it for free. Pool rules indicate that it is a single lane swimming, you can be truly exercising but good luck if people wearing baseball hats don’t get in just to fool around in the same line that you patiently waited for. People spitting on the hut tub water, people clipping their nails and obviously leaving their nails on the floor, disgusting people. The staff is fabulous, the gym is very good, price is good; rules should be implemented because common sense in this community is not their best. The staff is great truly great and they shouldn’t be picking up trash that in the first place shouldn’t be there.

Good workout space I recommend early in the morning if you can if you want to use the machines you want and seeing less people if you have no issue its always a great place people are friendly and can be jokesters too just make sure you leave drama and ego at the door and have a good time

New gym is Cudahy. Awesome amenities for the higher tier membership. I absolutely loved it. Update: Ive been a member for over a year now & I still love it. Chuze employees work very hard to keep the gym clean & safe. Currently we are working out in Chuze Outdoors due to the pandemic. I am very grateful to Chuze for making that happen. I look forward to my gym time and to the friendly staff as I walk through those doors!

Waayyyy too crowded, 5:30 pm, at least I did my workout. Had to go around to find some dumbells , crew was nice. Place isnt trashed , they got wipes all around , pretty good. But just dont like it too packed.

Hoping they go back to the 24 hour availability, this was the only reason I joined this gym instead of the other ones I came across.Besides that clean, can be crowded, and sometimes people tend to hog the weights. Bw aware that not everyone wears a mask if that is a concern you have.

Great equipment, open space. Cable attachments are easily accessible, resistance bands, floor mats, turf.

Great place to exercise if I lived closer I would definitely sign up.

Nice and clean gym, unfortunately the announcements are way to loud and annoying. Also please be careful, god forbid you go to the juice bar a few minutes before midnight to order your protein drink, front desk will give you a shameful look and make you feel bad, only because they want to leave on time. Over all great gym, but need to work on there speed at the juice bar. Maybe add another employee to help out at the juice bar, so that front desk attended can have a nicer face.

Best time to get that pump!!!. without waiting in line to use a machine. MORNING TIME! hands down.

You’ll have to reserve an appointment on their app. Pretty easy to use. Showers and pool are open so it’s nice. Above average size gum, Anaheim is bigger. Parking is tough but there’s a McDonald’s nearby.

Ive gone to several gyms and by far Chuze Fitness for the win! They have everything from pool, sauna, and tanning room, even a smoothie bar. But the one thing I do love is the environment! Always so welcoming and inclusive of everyone!

This Gym use to be the place to go, and why a few of my friends signed up, but since has fallen to worse than LA Fitness or 24 hour Fitness.The promised staff would be on floor correcting those machines huggers, stuck on phone, but since opening up, I have not seen this. Its worse than other gyms.Weights, are never racked or in free weight zone, hell 2 weeks ago, I seen a 10lb weight inside mens locker room.I can go on with multiple things like this, but whats the point?If you want to go to a spot to sit and wait for people on cell phones to finish working out, this is spot for you. However, if you going to hit a gym, this gym is not for you..

My only complaint is its hot & musty in the gym. I wish they would turn on the A/C cooler. Other than that great equipment all new, clean & safe during Covid.

Staff is amazing always welcoming. They are constantly sanitizing and cleaning everything and the outdoor workout area is great. Only gave 4 stars because theres more machines out of service than there should be.

I didn’t need much convincing in canceling my membership, especially since they added a policy which allows members only 1 hour of gym access per day. Chuze Fitness was a very promising gym, I loved everything about it. It was reliable, clean and they offered a great service. Up until about January 18, everything changed the staff became rude. The gym didn’t feel like a gym anymore. We’re being expected to finish all of our workout within 1 hour. The thought of that is completely insane. I believed that maybe if I changed my workout routine, then maybe it would be possible. But the fact of the matter is that it’s impossible to train, when you have to wait 15-20 minutes for a bench press or any other machine, and you have a time limit of 1 hour. Staff members have not been understanding and have been very rude, I had a terrible experience when I accidentally stayed passed my allotted hour. I was harassed and threatened with my membership being canceled. It was extremely embarrassing as I was being scolded in front of the whole gym. I urge anyone trying to join this gym to please reconsider, save your money save your time.

They came in clutch during the pandemic there’s is no doubt about it. But for $15 a month there was a lot of hidden fees an annual fee and Etc. I’m just glad it he pandemic is over I I could go back to my regular gym.Read everything carefully.

THANK YOUI forgot and left my keys in an elliptical machine cup holder Wednesday February 10th at about 7:20 and didn’t notice until around 7:50am. The staff is being really nice and checking surveillance cameras, I was told I might have trash them sorry but come on is my car, work and person keys unfortunately forgetting them happens but just like every person we try to take care of them like we depend on them, because we really do. I know I didn’t.SO PLEASE IF ANY MEMBER FOUND THEM PLEASE BE KIND ENOUGH TO RETURN THEM.

I was sooo close to switching back to Planet fitness since they opened back up. But i just couldnt do it. Chuze is just TOO GOOD. Chuze was suppose to be temporary cause they had an outdoor gym, until planet opened up. But once chuze opened their doors again i loved the inside and the environment. Also very clean gym! The staff is amazing. I ended up staying and plan to keep this as my gym.

This review is for the outdoor gym. Although I was happy to see Chuze Cudahy open up again after being shut down since March, I’m sadly going to have to suspend my membership and look for another place to exercise after my last few visits to their outdoor gym. Here’s why: there simply isn’t enough equipment for the amount of people coming here. It also doesn’t help that people here do not follow gym etiquette. They take 20+ minutes on one equipment when there is literally a line of people waiting for their turn. Piles of plates are always left on the ground. Weight is never properly re-racked. People perform other exercises on machines that could be done elsewhere. The list could go on... I thought this would change if I tried coming at 5am when they open but it was just as packed and unruly. It has been impossible for me to get in a decent work out and I don’t have the time to be waiting for someone to finish their 30 minute squat set. Do yourself a favor and wait until they reopen inside because it is just a nightmare.

Friendly staff, clean, and a great environment to workout in. It dies occasionally get packed which can be annoying but over all this is my preferred gym.

Great customer service by Kate who helped me sign up. Facility itself is clean, also their outside equipment is clean and they have various squat racks. Not bad for the price, and also they have a full shade.

Boo now we have to make reservations a few days before? WTH!Now you get 1 star. Security guard is threatening that hell tow my vehicle. The plaza does NOT have signs regarding designated gym parking. If there isnt a sign indicating no gym parking then anyone is allowed to park there as we are customers of the plaza too.

I really like this gym. Very clean and not crowded! The staff is VERY friendly and welcoming. I would rate it 5 stars but the sauna is still out of service😞 I asked the staff when it would be back in service but they are not sure. However, I highly recommend this gym. I love the cinema, hydromassage beds and all the machines and YOGA👏👏

I’ve been using this facility for the accessory workouts. This gym is much closer to my house than my other gym.So far, the staff is great here, friendly and professional. I can see that they are working very hard to keep the gym and the amenities clean. I really appreciate that!As for the amount of the gym goers at this facility, I would say it is expected considering the location and the fee. Personally, sometimes it can be very annoying, but hey, if you know what you are doing you can always adapt and modify.Let’s just say I’m a happy customer.

Im so excited they opened a gym close to where I live. Now theres no excuse to get healthy and be fit. The gym is huge and has ample parking available. I came in with my brother to check it out and see which membership is more worth it. The staff was super friendly and attentive and greeted us with a smile. We were greeted by Carlos who gave us a tour and went over the benefits for each membership.The gym has a lot to offer and you can try it out for a 7-day trial by downloading the app and signing up. There are a lot of fitness machines, a pool, jacuzzi, sauna, training rooms, smoothie bar, private showers, lockers, and massage chairs. The lockers are modern that come with their own combination lock which is nice, so you dont need to bring your own. There is a cinema that plays movies while you work out on cardio machines if you like to watch entertainment while you work out. The machines are clean and theres disinfecting wipes available to wipe them down before and after you use them. I cant wait to see how the workouts go and get started.

An actual gym that has space for weightlifting. Come here mostly late at night and early mornings. Best time to come in to take advantage especially for someone that works and goes to school full time. Staff is really chill and they have great protein shakes.

Got the week pass to feel out the gym and I loved everything about it! That was until I went into the steam room and noticed everyone in their sweaty clothes and sneakers. Signs are posted as to what one should wear in a steam room and yet theyre ignored! How unsanitary! 🤢 Staff should do better to ensure members know this.

OMG......this place is amazing ...I really hope that there is a possible way to for the staffing to feel and deserve a holiday bonus.... anything this gym is amazing and thanks to all the employees is why this gym is the way it is ....I have been a member and I dont want to say what gym....but over more than 5 years I have been training there and have been unhappy for the past few months...But I cant believe how Chuze fitness is what I have been looking for....... anybody out there new you wont be disappointed!!!!! I haven been going almost every day since it opened (only missed 3 days) and so far, it’s been great! The gym is beautiful, you can always find someone cleaning, the staff is friendly and helpful, the are plenty of machines...the list goes on and one. For the price of $9.99 you get a whole lot of amenities. This gym was so worth the wait!

I got a bacterial infection from the pool.I think there chlorine levels were not good.Been sick for a week plus. Possibly might cancel my gym membership.Overall good gym. Nice employees.But, the fact that I got the infection... bums me out. :(

I love this gym! The staff here is really nice which I love. The gym is never to full I can always find an opening for whatever I need. The cinema room and hydro massage are my favorite things here.

Im a member at this location amd didnt have anything to complain about it until today. I understand theres labor holiday hours, however when I checked online yesterday it seemed like the hours were back to normal. And just to confirm I also called to make sure that Tuesdays hours were regular 24 hours and it was confirmed that it was. Now Im here with a line of people waiting until 4:30am. Nit happy at all.

Just signed up this week Im in day 2 and I love it! Friendly people greet you as soon as you walk in! And when you leave there is room for everyone. Staff is amazing and friendly.! I love my workout I have all the machines available. I havent tried the pool yet but Im so excited for it. This gym is really cool! And they have a cinema inside! Score!!!

Place is rocking ! First gym , but tbh feel like it beats any other gym by hooking you up with a free 7 day guest pass. It was so cool I couldnt wait and went straight for an upgrade to premium 🤙 highly suggest you try it out.

The perfect balance btw Planet Fitness, Blink Fitness, and LA Fitness. There probably isnt a comparison actually. Chuze Fitness is just that great. If youre looking for quality equipment, encouraging staff, powerful classes, and an overall great experience - Chuze is where youll find it :)

Went for my first visit today its pretty awesome having a gym near by my house. Walked in got checked in, got a tour, then started my work out. They have every machine you need for all your workouts. Cinema area is pretty cool, workout while you watch a movie. The best part is the sauna and hot tub. People kept opening the door to the sauna which let the steam out only thing that sucked lol. But I had the whole place to my self basically. They need a place to rinse off by the pool area.

The schedule for friday Saturday and Sunday are not good. They close at 8pm. Planet fitness schedule is better.
