Might be the same people working there but since they have been bought out the selection of frames for men is only good if you want designer brands and if you ask them for your prescription they will give it to you but you can definitely tell they don’t want to.Probably not going back even though I have been going there for a few years.

Do not do business with these people! They take your money and will not back their product. Three weeks after I purchased a pair of glasses I found a chip next to the frame. The chip seems to have been caused during the installation of the lens by pinching the glass. (See photo) I was told that I should have bought the scratch resident lenses and too bad. They refused to do anything....not even apologise! What a joke!

Im so happy to finally have my own insurance and not have to use this place, they make you get an eye exam every time you need new contacts, even if you insist you just need a contact refill.If you have no vision issues what so ever, dont want new glasses and just need more contacts, whats the point? Make money by forcing checkups, thats the point.Ive definitively started using my contacts longer than theyre meant for just to avoid having to go in for a pointless eye exam. My new insurance allows me to order contact refills online which feels like such a relief. Do not get forced into a vision exam or sold new lenses if you dont need them. Be warned.

$310 for an eye exam!!! It did also include a contact lens fitting, but still....$310! There were a few minor mistakes made by this office starting with losing my original appointment, but the cost of the eye exam seemed outrageous. I have been seeing eye doctors my entire life and the service seemed standard, nothing special, but the cost was special. LOL

I took our son to get an eye exam. I went online to read the reviews from different vision centers. I decided to give Vision Health Eye Care a try. From the moment we walked in until the time we left the service was wonderful. All the staff were nice and informative. The atmosphere was very clean and professional. Its comforting knowing youve made a great decision. I highly recommend this place for all your vision care needs.

Like how some people hate the dentist, I HATE the eye doctor. I have always had horrible experiences everywhere I go.I had my first appointment today with Vision Health Eye Care and it was great! Unlike my previous doctors, the assistants actually knew their stuff, instead of just taking the measurements. Stephanie was very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Dr Miller was personable, talked in laymen terms and didn’t rush my through my appointment.I will definitely be going here from now on!

Excellent Service! All the preliminary checks were done by Sandy, who was amazing about explaining everything and putting you at ease. Dr.Miller was very thorough in his exam, and had a very pleasant demeanor about him. The place is huge with modern lighting and the latest eye testing equipment. The only reason I gave 4 stars was the limited selection of Eye glasses frames + it took me about a month to get an appointment.Great service, great people though!

I have coming to Vision Health Eye Care for some plus years the staff are welcoming and friendly, helpful on personal note when purchasing insurance (VHEC) is my make it or break it point, Dr. Miller is very thoughtful as he explains the test and ect. what going on in my eye care . I have gone here for years, awesome Dr. and I love the staff. The office is super clean, and they know what theyre doing. The doctor doesnt rush you he thoroughly explains everything and listens to your questions patiently and always takes the time to answer every one of them. I highly recommend Vision Health.

The staff are great, my visit everyone was so nice and welcoming, the Dr. explained everything to where I was able to understand and answered any questions I had. Its nice to find any dr. Office with employees who are genuine and kind, you also always get great customer service over the phone. I recommend to everyone.

Assistants were so nice and awesome from start to finish. I had to redo a few tests because my eyes were being a pain and everyone was able to laugh it all off. Dr. Miller is so nice and took my concerns seriously unlike the other times Ive had my vision tested. Thank goodness for the recommendation because it turns out I needed it! While a childhood doctor ignored my complaining and my 2016 exam was 20/20 vision, Dr. Miller went above and beyond to find out that that wasnt the case and my symptoms and concerns were valid. The ladies also helped me pick out my new frames too. Love this place and the people!

Having worn glasses forever, I have been to several vision centers over the years. I am so very pleased with Vision Health Eye Care in Cudahy. The frame selection is outstanding! I have a hard time narrowing down my choice to just one pair of frames (a nice problem to have ). The staff are very knowledgeable, friendly, and patient. As soon as you walk in, you are greeted warmly and made to feel comfortable. I am thrilled with the service my family has received and highly recommend Vision Health Eye Care.

Took my 3 year old for her first exam. Mom wears glasses, I do not. They were very patient and comforting to her, which was very helpful. This is where my wife goes as well.

After jumping between a few places the years prior, I finally found Vision Health Eyecare Center. Everyone has been friendly, they seem to heavily use technology more than any place Ive been (signing in on iPads), and the space itself is really attractive. Well done.

I went there for eye exam and contact purchase was never told or informed of what the charges were going to be for the exam or none of that. Until the end after the exam I was told that it was a ridiculous amount. I am very disappointed. At that point you cant say no or yes because it is basically too late and your stuck paying it. I will not be recommending nor will I be back.

Made an appointment booked more than a month in advance. Made changes to my schedule to be there and everything. They didn’t put my appointment in correctly or at all, so when I showed up they refused to see me and wouldn’t make accommodations.
