Wonderful Doctor he saved my life when the other Drs couldnt figure my problem out.

Dr Arora is a very compassionate and caring individual. He shows empathy for me and is concerned about my welfare. He explains options without talking over my hear with medical jargon. I’ve had doctors that seem like they want to impress you with their medical terms and knowledge. Dr Arora impressed me with his ability to translate complicated medical information into common explanations. Dr Arora instills confidence.

Dr. Arora is a fabulous Dr. He has honest advise, and great bedside manner. He doesnt order needless tests,and is very knowledgeable! Best Dr. I have ever had, and his office staff are such lovely, kind, efficient gals!

The office ladies could not get a pre-autorization paperwork done correctly so my procedure was canceled. Ordered 2 test in the lab. Completed them but they just cant find the results. They been trying to contact the lab for a week but cant find time to contact the lab. Lied to me that doctor will call me on 3 occasions and he never did because maybe he just doesnt care. Very incompetent and unknowable team. Doctor can only be as good as his team. The fact that he never called me to fix this says a lot. Never got the results for anything and refused to return money. Terrible office.
