Thank you for standing up for the freedoms our ancestors fought for. The fact that Wal-Mart and other billion dollar corporations are allowed to operate goes to show this is not about safety but about the ruling class closing down businesses for political purposes. If a person chooses to live in fear of getting sick maybe they should stay home instead of playing God and forcing others to follow their ridiculous mandates forever. God bless

Ive spent at least 600 a year on supplements for the last 6 years at this health food store. And the last two times Ive been there have ensured I will not be going back or referring anyone I know to support this business.Not only were none of the staff wearing masks, they had a sign out front condoning mask less customers. The last time I went in there wasnt any attempt at social distancing on a busy day and the woman at the register kept making snitty faces at me for having a mask on.Im now buying directly from the companies I get vitamins and supplements from.I hope someone who runs this place reads this. Your customer base isnt solely anti vaxxers and religious homeschool families, you also have immune compromised customers, people surviving cancer and regular folks who just want to buy a bottle of vitamins and your policy of ignoring a state issued mandate to protect your customers is beyond careless. Its reckless endangerment.

I dont go to the health food store that much. Every time I go everyone is very friendly and helpful. This last time I went I was helped like normal and I paid with my credit card which showed my name. The person checking me out gasped at my name, and told me that they over charged me last time I was in there. They kept my recite for over 6 months waiting for me to come in again! They gave me a refund for the amount the over charged me over 6 months ago! It is such a blessing to be able to do business with such honest hearted people! It is way worth supporting the small businesses. Just remember our business, mean their life style. I would much rather support someone who is that honest of a business person. I was amazed that this wasnt just a grocery; it was an information center! The employees held so much credible knowledge and personal experience on the topics I asked them about. Theyve been so helpful over the years.

Crystal Lake Health Food store is my favorite. I love the personal attention and the staff is very knowledgeable ... great listeners and always find what I need. I was getting chronic sinus infections (3-4 times per year) and my primary care doctor always prescribed antibiotics. I happened to mention this to Diana, who suggested I might try cutting back on milk, which I did ... and havent had a sinus infection since (about 4 years now). I love the store. Everyone there is upbeat, helpful, considerate and knowledgeable.

My husband is the one who has gone into the store. When he has gotten in the car he has repeatedly said how nice you people are and very helpful. Thank you for that.

I was searching for breastfeeding herbal supplements and found this place on google.I called and had a very friendly conversation with the lady who answered.When i got there i was intrigued by the whole shop inside and out.The lady who helped me was quick to do so. I will be visiting them again real soon!!
