New to area, always a challenge looking for specialists. Saw website, long time local business with great reviews. Was able to schedule online which was responded to immediately and then confirmed. Pre-registered online also. Upon visit, receptionist (Sarah) was phenomenal! Looked up insurance benefits to apply towards visit.Office is clean and equipment up to date. Its been awhile since Ive been examined and technician (Michael) was thorough and informative. Dr. Hui was great, answering all questions and explaining things no one has before. I was comfortable in this office. Brett helped in the frames area explaining various products. I will be returning.

My son just had an appointment today, but he has been going there since last year as well as his dad and grandparents. They are all so friendly and welcoming. Prior to going to our appointment they send a form online to fill out so by the time we go we are all set and seen right away. There was no waiting for the eye screenings. We had to wait for the doctor which is expected because they are busy, but even then we didnt wait long. They offered us waters while we waited and at the end of the appointment they offered my son and my daughter ring pops. I am very pleased with how clean their office is, how efficient everything flows, and how well they care for their patients! I would highly recommend!

I was very happy with everything. They were all very friendly, very professional, and this may be the best Ive seen with contacts in a long time. The guy who helped me with my glasses was amazing, stayed late to help me, and made sure I found something I loved. Highly recommend.

Went for an eye exam here because my other doctor I use moved locations and further away. They got both mine and one of my family members prescription wrong. I ordered contacts from them and when I returned them due to the wrong prescription(contacts were returned in sealed package we got them in), it took over two weeks for them to get us a check back. They said they would ship it to our house but the doctor never got around to it after a week we returned the contacts. We kept getting excuses everyday as to why we didn’t get the check and eventually I ended up going back to them to pick it up after numerous attempts at trying to get the check. How long does it take to write a check for a customer who returned the product? Took the hour drive to get my eyes checked by my original doctor and he was spot on with both exams.STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.

COVID procedures were followed and visit was very efficient. Everything was wiped down before and after use. Patients were well scheduled and had minimal interaction. Everyone was very professional and personable. They were able to quickly find glasses frames that were my style and suited my face well. Will definitely be going back for future visits.

Top notch, professional and yet friendly. Recently went here as a new patient, and it was worth every penny. Eye exam is very thorough, and they are equipped with all of the high tech, state of the art tools. Especially impressive is the Optomap, which scans/maps the back of the eye and retina. For some, this is a good alternative to dilating drops, of which I am allergic. Highly recommend Coventry Eyecare.

I would highly recommend Coventry Eyecare! I have been going here since I was a child and I plan to bring my family here as well. Over the years I have seen both Dr. Robinson and Dr. Bluemlein. They are both great at what they do. Not only are they thorough with their eye exams but they take the time to know you as an individual. Both of the doctors and all the staff are always so kind, helpful, and great to work with.

They are truly running an amazing practice! Dr.Bluemlein is an amazing doctor and gave me all the necessary info to feel comfortable and Informed at the end of my visit! Would definitely recommend!! Already have my appointment for 2021!

My wife and I have both received exams from Dr. Robinson and his staff. Dr. Robinson and staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. The optical selection is top notch with plenty of help fitting the frames. The office is clean and welcoming and outfitted with new technology. The Doctor went over out eye scans in great detail and educated us on what we were looking at. I cannot recommend Coventry Eyecare enough. If youre looking for a new optometrist, look no further.

My visit was amazing! Everyone from the front desk, to the pre testing, to the Dr was personable and nice. Very nice facility, new equipment that was clean and well taken care of. I highly recommend this practice. I’ll be returning again for sure!

Been going to Coventry Eyecare for nearly 30 years and could call Mike Robinson a friend. Very competent quality eyecare from all doctors and staff. Today though I was disappointed upon receiving the bill for my eye exam. I was unaware that a recent trip to a retinal specialist, which they were aware of, would result in my annual eye exam not being covered. Wish they had brought this to my attention before the exam so I could have made alternate arrangements. As others have noted, you pay a premium at Coventry Eyecare and that is felt most when it is entirely out of pocket. Lesson here is to always verify prior to each visit what charges will be BEFORE having services performed.

I just went for an eye exam and found out my vision was fine and just have tired eyes. The opthemologist said I could get reading glasses to help give my eyes a break, but didn’t push anything on me. Everyone in the office was very nice. Super nice looking office too.
