Jessica and her staff are amazing! Our kids have been seeing her for a couple years now and we have been very impressed with the personal care and attention to detail. It is extremely difficult to find a provider who respects patient choices and who will allow patients to take control of their own healthcare. This includes freedom of choice and informed consent, which is a must in all situations. We are very blessed to have found Jessica and recommend her to everyone we come across. Keep doing what you are doing ladies! You are all amazing!

We have been taking our children to this practice since it opened and cannot have more positive things to say. Jessica & Jacki really listen and care for my children and my family. They are also pro-informed consent and unlike so many medical practices these days, they give true informed consent on medications, vaccinations, and procedures. They DO NOT tell families whether to get vaccinated or not. They give information and let the parents decide! They are pro-parental rights and pro-child welfare and it is a breath of fresh air to have a practice like this! They are the perfect combination of western medicine & natural medicine. I’m pretty sure it’s safe to say that anyone who reviews them and states they are “spreading misinformation” has never actually met them in person, had a conversation with them, or taken their children to the practice. As an overwhelmed expecting mother, I was becoming extremely defeated as I interviewed pediatricians to help me care for my son when he arrived. As a nurse, I was searching for someone collaborative, respectful, patient, and would be able to provide insight and guidance with more depth than what I could quickly access on a Google search. Jessica and the staff of Well Rooted is a God-send, exceeding my expectations every visit! Jessica is extremely present during very visits, despite whatever is happening outside the exam room door. She is incredibly kind, gentle, patient and with excellent clinical skills and judgement! She has also been immediately available to me via phone on the weekend, when I have had a concern. I just love her and the entire staff at Well Rooted so much and I couldnt recommend them enough!

We love this office! Jessica was the first practitioner to tell me about sublingual therapy allergy drops for environmental allergies. I had 3 out of 4 of my kids suffer from extreme eczema. Daily itching, bleeding, open wounds. Other doctors and allergist just told me to keep putting lotion on because it was due to dry skin. Believe me when I say I lathered my kids multiple times a day and tried every natural product out there and it didn’t help! Steroid cream was the only thing that was able to calm it down but it would come right back once we stopped using it. Well, a year into the allergy drops and my kids have beautiful eczema free skin! No more tears, no more fear of swimming pools and fear of infections. All thanks to the wonderful providers at Well-Rooted Pediatrics!! They truly care and think outside the box to get to the root of the problem. I am forever grateful for them!

Jessica, since we started seeing you I loved how you’ve always fought for our daughter’s. You’ve seen us thru some scary times but ALWAYS place our daughter’s first and that’s why when you moved we decided to follow you. You’re awesome and my daughter’s don’t trust anyone else but you. They follow the law and give true, full informed consent. If you like to be treated with respect by your doctors and nurses then this is the place for you. Coercion is not in their vocabulary!

You’d be crazy to not bring your children here! The care, support and love shown in this office - to all families is something that can’t be hidden. We have been apart of this practice since day 1 and to watch them BOOM, to where they are now - tells me they are doing something extraordinary. Any little concern or issue, they are there to get to the root cause. The devotion to every patient doesn’t go unnoticed.

Im truly scared for the families that bring their children to these nurses. Please make sure to read all of the only positive reviews on Facebook (because the provider had to delete so many negative, she asked her friends to counteract the trolls...). They are a shameful example of people that blindly follow woo-packed medicine.

Fantastic personalized care you wont find anywhere else. Staff is amazing! Providers are helpful, informative and respond quickly. So glad I found this place and I wont take my kids anywhere else. Its a 50 mile drive and more than worth it!

Wow! Jacki (and the whole practice) is amazing. She spent so much time with us and addressed every single concern, in addition to making excellent suggestions. We drove over an hour and it was wel worth it for that kind of care. Jacki is very knowledgeable, kind and understanding. We already have test results back and have individual treatment plans. I couldn’t recommend this pediatric office more and I’m SO very grateful we found Well Rooted.

We have used Jessica for several years now. She takes time and care when seeing her patients. My husband and I will always feel like she saved our baby. Our youngest was sick and then ended up with RSV and pneumonia. It was Jessica who kept in touch with and made sure our daughter received the best care.

Well-Rooted Pediatrics is the place to go if you want to be an active part of your child’s healthcare. Jessica and Alyssa are amazing with my (sometimes) unruly kids and they always show patience and compassion. I love that Jessica will suggest alternative treatments, but will turn to conventional when necessary. There is no time limit on appointments like other physicians and she makes sure to answer any questions I may have. I’m so glad to have her in McHenry county and suggest her to everyone I know with kids.

Where do I begin????? I’m going to begin by telling you all a little back history about how I found this Diamond. I went through the wringer with my toddler since the day she was born. Doctors under the sun couldn’t give me anything but short answers, I paid so much money for better care and I was tossed around with questions and no answers. My baby was in need of somebody to just examine her properly and no matter how hard I looked it seemed impossible. that was in the past, until Jessica welcomed us with open arms, found the problem and continues to bless us with answers to our concerns by addressing them in a way that nobody ever has. We have seen major improvements in our daughter by following everything Jessica says, if you got to this page, I highly reccomend her. My daughter has seen so many doctors, been poked and pronged so many times that she doesn’t even like to be seen anymore. Trauma. But Jessica is patient, and kind. And she will find a way to get them to like her. My kid smiled for her and that was enough for me. And our kids have the same exact birthday, which felt like another sign to me!Through our office visit, never once did I feel rushed or nervous. She never judged us for our choices as parents, and she always led us into a better path. Because of Jessica our daughter has a chance at a positive life with a promising future and I could not be more happy to have found her. This woman knows her stuff and she actually cares about people. I’ve never met someone in the medica field that I trust more than I trust her. I don’t know what I would do without her, I feel so grateful and I literally cried after our first visit when she gave us answers... and that’s how much I got out of her visit. Happy tears!!! Jessica is absolutely amazing. She has helped my child in a way no other pediatrician could. With chronic ear infections for many months and many antibiotics later she figured out the underlying cause, treated it and made a huge improvement within 5 days. I will be forever grateful and will always recommend her to any parent.

Jessica is absolutely incredible! My children have been seeing Jessica for years, and I recently decided to see Jessica as well. I was having extreme fatigue, enlarged lymph nodes, trouble swallowing and so much more. Every Dr I saw gave me a different diagnosis ...from depression and anxiety to thyroid issues. Jessica took the time to hear what I was saying and truly listen and piece together my symptoms. Jessica ordered an ultrasound of my neck, which showed multiple enlarged lymph nodes. This warranted a CT scan which showed infection and cyst in a previous tooth which had a root canal, along with inflammation in lymph nodes due to this root canal. We had a true diagnosis within a week! I now have a treatment plan and am so incredibly hopeful to gain my life back! I can not sing enough praises about Jessica!
