Relatively short waiting, staff is friendly and accommodating

Some of the people that work there are not the nicest. One of the front desk ladies comes off with a very rude tone like she is better than you. The help from the program is nice, but they only allow one type of formula (Gerber), and my child cannot use Gerber because it upsets her stomach so I get not help with formula which is a big thing that I was applying for.

They ask you personal questions in the waiting room in front of others. Very rude and unprofessional.

I’m sorry, but if you are unhappy with your job, it might be time for a new one. Every time I walk in, the front desk women is the most unhelpful and rudest person I’ve met. Don’t roll you eyes when I ask a simple question or huff and puff because I need help with something. If you are that unhappy and annoyed to be there, it’s time to leave.

Apparently even though their hours say 4:30, Kimberly states they close at 4:20. She states their systems shut down at 4:20.
