Great guy, I couldnt ask for better. I would trust him with any legal needs I have and recommend him to everyone. He is not what I would normally expect from a lawyer but in a good way, he made me feel as thought he was personally connected and would handle any issues as if they were his own. In all my dealings with him he has never spoken or treated me with anything but respect and kindness as if I was part of the family. Attorney Whalley, rather Marshall as per his directive, has handled two cases for me with excellent results when both cases were turned down by the “billboard lawyers “. I later found out he does all the litigation work for the big hot shot lawyer doing tv ads and huge billboards..Marshall will return your calls and get a great result. He has only lost one jury trial in 30 years!

They are very rude and unprofessional. I called to speak to someone regarding my case and the receptionist was initially nice and requested I send over my police report. I then spoke to a paralegal who was EXTREMELY nasty because my family didnt want to work with them and secured another lawyer for their injuries. Because she wasnt speaking directly to them she had no time to talk to me and hung up in my face!! I am known to be a very nice person even in the most compromising situations but this place was AWFUL!! I do not recommend calling them EVER!!
