Staff is very pleasant 😃

I was in and out of there rather quickly on Monday and got answers right away. Smoothest doctors visit Ive ever had and I saw the nurse practitioner Heather.

No waiting. Extremely clean and efficient

I have never disliked a doctors office more than this one. I have NEVER had a decent experience with them, they’re an absolute nightmare. The nurse practitioner Heather is unbelievably rude and condescending & the nurse practitioner Lori is just as bad. I was told weeks ago that they would be sending a prescription to my pharmacy (which they never did) and have been on the phone back and forth with them since, just for a prescription!! Surely it cannot be that hard to send it over. Also their hours suck. I absolutely hate this place and hope I never have to deal with them again.

Terrible service, unprofessional. Discussed a medication refill with the NP on my first visit, was told it would not be a problem to refill when needed. 2 weeks ago I called for a refill, now 12 days and 4 phone calls later Im told I need to make another appointment. I was just seen 6 weeks ago!

Friendly Staff, variety of hours, works well with your schedule. I used this office for Dr. Rizos OB services, I would highly recommend him for any OBGYN services you need. He worked well with my husband and I during my second pregnancy. He was very patient and answered any questions I had no matter how silly they might have been. When it came time to deliver, he was amazing.

Franciscan just lost the patient. Unprofessional people are working there. If you want to get more patients, hire new or trade your staff be polite and kind with patients. I had horrible experience, especially with medical assistant Lisa in Randolph street location. Dont recommend anyone.

I love the office, I just dont like waiting forever for my doctor

When I first had came to set my appointment I asked if they took my insurance and the lady said yes , so I made my appointment for about 2 weeks later then I came to my appointment and went through it all , all the way up to me sitting in the doctors office , just for them to tell me that they don’t take my insurance and that I couldn’t see the doctor .

Bad experience and not professional at all.
