The place is beautiful and very clean. I didnt realize it had other businesses inside besides just stroke & rehabilitation. Glad they opened a location in Crown Point! It also has a nice cafeteria too. However, it is only open during certain hours.

Second time coming here and I absolutely love it!!! Both times I was in and out with very little wait time. Maybe 2 minutes each time. Every one here is so nice!! Wish I new the pretty ladys name at the front desk, she was so nice and made sure I was being taken care of. Destiny drew my blood and she did a wonderful job no pain whatsoever. It is so clean here and modern I love the decor!!! Love it I would give it 10 stars if I could.

Absolute excellent service. Beautiful facility, quality care and excellent nursing staff. My Dad was there for 2 weeks, everything was perfect. When he was discharged the instructions couldn’t have been more pristine. I highly recommend this facility, what a great example of quality care!!!

I just want to say how impressed I am with the Care that I have been receiving at Community Stroke & Rehabilitation Center in Crown Point.All the staff….. Doctors, Nurses, PT’s, OT’s, CNA’s, Social Workers, Dietary, etc are absolutely AMAZING!!!! They go Above & Beyond and have made my recovery process as smooth as it could be.I will be continuing with outpatient PT & OT here during the week.Outstanding facility & Staff 💜Thank you so much to all of you!Kathleen Donnelly

Went to get simple blood work drawn and after waiting with several other people we left. We waited almost a half hour and not one lab tech came out. Other people had been waiting even longer. 🥴

What a wonderful, clean, friendly facility. I am a patient of Dr. Dobin who is the best OBGYN out there. I get blood drawn on a regular basis and have always had a great experience. Highly recommend to anyone looking for excellent care.

With Katrinas physical therapy help I made substantial improvement since my stroke in June this year. Her knowledge and coaching took me from a concern of never completely recovering to a point of 98% back to my prior stroke condition. Katrina is the best. Thanks again Katrina

My mom was a patient at the rehab for 19 days after she had a stroke. The nursing care she received on the floor was excellent as was her occupational and physical therapies. The entire staff was VERY caring, encouraging, and attentive to her needs. The social worker also did an excellent job managing my mom’s case and helping her transition to home. Administration walked the halls every day and would stop to chat with my mom if she was in her room or “wheeling” down the hall. The staff became part of our “family” while my mom was there, which made her discharge bittersweet and tearful on both ends.Currently, my mom is continuing her therapies at the rehab in the outpatient clinic and the staff and therapists are just as wonderful! Many times while we are on our way in or out we run into someone who took care of my mom on the floor and they stop and ask how she is doing. This includes the administration team, cafeteria employees, and the housekeeping and maintenance crews.I have been a registered nurse for 29 years and a health executive for 20, and have never been employed through the Community Health Care System. I view the delivery of health care through a critical lens and can confidently attest that my mom’s past and current care at the rehab has been nothing less than the highest quality care imaginable. Moreover, the entire building is extremely clean and the private rooms are very spacious. It’s a shame I can only give the rehab five stars as a review because it truly deserves ten! :)

Thank you to Dr Kwamleh and the staff in the stress and echo labs for the care I received on January 28, as an out patient , Everyone explained the tests and what was going to be done. They brought me a warmed blanket and gave very professional service, Thank You ,I I felt I was receiving the best care available . Thank you to all

I highly recommend the Community Stroke and Rehabilitation Center. My husband has Parkinsons and he has been going there for physical therapy. He has had a noticeable improvement in his mobility and attitude.
