BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY. They make it seem great, however you learn they constantly lie. They will tell one person something than another something completely different. Instead of owning up to their mistakes they make the aides seem like the bad guys.The hours are not fair for everyone. One person will have a ton then the next will be told the hours are unavailable I have never worked for a company that will give out 12-16 hours shifts to one person, but when someone needs more they will tell you that they cant take hours away from the other person. Even if that person is well over 40 hours a week. Im truly disappointed with the experience I had with this company.
